I strongly advise against using Wellington Autos, especially if you require a professional invoice for insurance claims or any formal documentation. I approached them for minor paint and dent repair and clearly informed them upfront that I needed a VAT invoice, as my insurance provider would only reimburse work done by VAT-registered businesses. The owner assured me he could provide a proper invoice. However, after completing the repair and taking my payment of £250, he sent me a Word document with no invoice number, no VAT registration number, and no legal structure — not a valid invoice by any standard. He later admitted that the business is not VAT registered, despite my clear communication about needing a VAT invoice before going ahead. When I raised the issue, he was dismissive and denied the agreement. This was a clear case of misrepresentation, and as a result, I am now unable to claim the amount through my insurer. This kind of unethical and misleading practice is unacceptable and shows a serious lack of professionalism. If you’re looking for trustworthy, transparent service — especially for insurance-related repairs — I would strongly recommend going elsewhere.
Safraz did an amazing job on my car. I sent him a video of the damage asking for s rough quote and he responded quickly with a competitive offer. Even after viewing the damage in person, he’s proper quote was extremely reasonable. You now can’t tell where I’d hit the bollard as he’s done such a great job. He took a whole week to do it, but with these results, I’m ok with that! He even managed to match a difficult colour. Will use again if I ever need to get any bodywork done!
My car was involved in an accident, and the fuel tank location of the car was almost dented in. I contacted the insurance company, hoping to choose a decent garage myself (past experiences with their recommendations weren't great). I found Wellington Autos has a 4.9 Google rating, so I decided to give it a try and took my car there for repairs. With the damage it had, I didn't expect it to come back like its original condition. But today when I came to pick up the car, I was truly amazed. The car was repaired almost exactly like new, without any flaws. Their repairs are just seriously top-notch. Once again, a massive thank you to Wellington Autos and their engineer Wasim! Highly recommended!

I have used this company 3 times for bodywork repairs and a service. I found the full service excellent, and the price competitive.
We had headlight, daytime lights and wing damage. Contacted the garage who were quick to respond and fit us in. A new headlight was required, which they called us about, with a price, to confirm beforehand. The part arrived the next working day and repairs were carried out. Both lights are now working and the wing has been put back in its place. Really happy with service and the work carried out. Got us back on the road asap! Thanks very much Vas!!
Vas and his team have done a really good job with the paintwork on m y car and I can highly recommend them. After having my newly bought 'approved used' car washed I noticed some scratches and lacquer peeling off I didn't see under the dust when picking up the car. Vas has given a very reasonable quote and in a matter of few days the car was fixed and now it looks like new. Very professional, helpful team, whose done a brilliant job and I'm a very happy customer!
