   I had a brilliant experience with the guys at I & R Motors. My car suffered an intermittent problem with the clutch that was hard to diagnose, but the advice and service I received was spot on. They explained everything extremely clearly without ever being patronising, offered solutions and eventually fixed the problem by starting with the cheapest course of action. Especially as a first-time car owner, their transparency and expertise really put me at ease - a far cry from the "They saw me coming" treatment I received at a different garage. I will definitely use I &R Motors again in future, but hopefully I won't need to visit them for a while yet!

   Terrible! I’ve taken my brother’s car there and was told that they need to look so to come on Friday (a week wait). When my brother came they told him totally different thing - didnt even look and sent him away!

   Amazing experience. I had my service done here for my Skoda Fabia VRS. They cleaned under bonnet so tidy like no other cleaning service. I did not even ask. A nice gesture. They saw other work that I have completed about before to other mechanics who could not figure out what was wrong. This place fixed everything my car needed and helped with suggestions of next work that needed to be done. I have to say, this mechanic saved me from my gearbox breakdown by finding a leak on it in advance.

   I love this garage. They are so helpful, polite, professional, courteous and just a pleasure to deal with. They always look after you, they will do the little extras that we might overlook and don't charge unless they have to but they always check with you first. Thank you Maj and Rizwan for looking after my loved old banger and getting it through another MOT. Possibly, the last one due to the ULEZ but I will be back!
