   I can’t recommend Irwin Mitchel enough!!! I contracted their services for a transfer of title on my previous owned house, and I was really worried with the whole process as it was my first time going through this type of process and my budget was very limited, I couldn’t afford +£2k other companies have quoted me for the same service. They were absolutely fantastic from beginning to end. Here’s why, for me, they are a 10/10 solicitors company: Fast reply: they would answer all my queries via email within 30min/1h. And they were always available if I needed a call to ask for guidance. They reassured me along the whole process and helped me chase the other solicitor every time I asked. Brilliant customer service: They were transparent, efficient and trustworthy as I have never seen. And the best part? Really affordable! It felt like travelling first class, but paying a low cost flight fare. I was guided and supported by Jo Robinson and Tracey Gormley, and if you are lucky enough to have them on your case, sit down and relax, rest assured your problem will be resolved and you will be getting the best service and support in this market.    My family and I would like to thank and recommend Irwin Mitchell Solicitors. We sadly lost our Dad to Mesothelioma (asbestos related cancer), we were contacted by Irwin Mitchell who were nothing but professional and showed us consideration and empathy during our claim for compensation. This was a sad and emotional time for us all and Paul Ramsay and his team led us through the whole process never once rushing us in our grief. Guiding us through each process. Paul and Leila dealt with all the paperwork and sent us all the papers that were needed to be completed and did not once make us feel overwhelmed or rushed and never bombarded us with forms and statements. They talked us through every stage of the process. Paul and Leila were always available to be contacted by phone for email and always responded quickly. This must of been a delicate and tricky job for them to deal with a grieving family the way they did, they were extremely patient we are truly grateful for this.    Sarah Coyne and the team at Irwin Mitchell recently acted for us on the sale of our former home and purchase of our new one. Working to tight deadlines the two transactions successfully completed on the same day which was very pleasing (though a little unexpected). Throughout the process, Sarah and the team were responsive, kept us up to date with progress and managed our expectations. Pricing was clear and transparent. As completion happened late in the day, excess funds could not be returned on the day of completion - however, they were in our account the next working day. All in all, great service.
