   Initially the small claims department were quite slow and I though the communication could have been better. However when my claim was transferred to a different department, the service was much better. I received enough communication to understand exactly the progress of my claim and what next steps were. I am very grateful for this. Although the claim is yet to be settled things seem to be progressing faster.

She advised me of what would happen next and the process regarding my claim and photographic evidence needed. Also, the process of my Union’s involvement. Fabiana was caring and showed empathy throughout my conversation. Fabiana, also read my claim back to me ensuring what she had written was correct and that I understood.    Worse than appalling service ABSOLUTELY AVOID AT ALL COSTS! 1 hour late for arranged appointment and then asked my partner to call the British legion to ask them if my partner had a claim ( lol ) waited a long time for phone appointment aswell only to be insulted by complete incompetence. If your reading this and deciding whether or not to use Thompsons I'd highly suggest looking elsewhere.
