   This company is in my opinion a scam - Please Think Twice Before Booking Here. I don’t often leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share our experience in the hope it helps others avoid the same situation. We booked an appointment through a website that listed many respected and well-known doctors. What we didn’t realise is that regardless of who you think you're booking with, you’ll only be seeing Dr. Jack Singer. The phone number connects directly to him or his assistant, who will strongly encourage you to see Dr. Singer first before any referral is made. It’s not made clear upfront, and honestly, it feels misleading. We took our 1-year-old daughter in for a skin condition on her face. From the moment we arrived, the experience was uncomfortable. Dr. Singer was abrupt and dismissive, asking for insurance details before even speaking to us properly. During the examination, he insisted I restrain my baby flat on the bed so he could check her ears and eyes—something no other pediatrician has ever asked us to do. It was distressing for both of us. He barely let me explain the issue before prescribing eye drops (after flicking through a medical book in silence for 5 minutes) but—yes, eye drops—for a skin condition. Not only were they inappropriate for her age, but they didn’t address the actual problem. He also tried to suggest that she wore 'mittens' whilst she ate food - mittens on a 1 year old, does he have a clue!? He then tried to push us into booking a follow-up appointment “just in case,” which felt more like upselling than genuine care. After we got home and had time to reflect, I demanded a referral to a proper dermatologist. That doctor diagnosed the issue correctly and prescribed a simple cream that worked almost immediately. To top it off, Dr. Singer later contacted us demanding direct payment within two days and threatened legal action, despite not billing our insurance provider. This whole experience was awful and felt exploitative. If you’re considering booking here, I’d strongly recommend going directly to one of the other specialists listed on the site and if you've already booked its not too late to cancel. I wish I had.

   Dr Singer took on our little one at a stage when they were barely sleeping and had extremely interrupted feeds. My husband and I were defeated and saw no light at the end of the tunnel. The day we met with Dr singer we left with hope and smiles on our faces. Since that day our baby has made extreme progression. He finally sleeps a great amount and is gaining very healthy weight! He now smiles a whole lot more and overall is an extremely happy baby. We couldn’t be any happier and we give all thanks to Dr Singer for his help and kindness! We can finally be happy seeing our baby happy as well. Siham

   Dr Singer is amazing! His calm approach, focus on ensuring no stone left unturned to ensure correct diagnosis and making sure he explains everything to parents really left me feeling confident that my daughter is well looked after! I would highly recommend Dr Singer to every parent!

   Dr J Singer was really knowledgeable on the subject. Our baby has eczema and his prescribed treatment really worked on her! He also explained in fair detail how to apply creams, in what quantities and how long for. I really liked that as it was very clear and understandable.

   Becarefull with Doctor Jack Singer and her secretary . They charge me £500.00for a consultation of 5 minutes and not even check properly my kid. They requested a blood test that cost £360.00 in the laboratory and they charge me £500.00 instead and after they didn’t want to give me the results . Request a call from the doctor for 3-5 minutes the secretary she said I need to pay £250.00 for a telephone consultation. Spend over £1500.00 for throw in the bin , there is plenty of paediatricians out there with more knowledge and not a couple of THIEFS avoid them I feel someone stole my money once my kid is sick

   As a retired health care professional I can only recommend Dr Singer and his friendly team regarding their excellent input for my baby grandchild. This included invaluable support for the parents navigating within a health care climate of statutory services that more often than not provide fragmented care only. My family and I would like to wholeheartedly express our gratitude and appreciation for all the expertise and help Dr Singer and his team are providing. We wish him and his team all the best of success in the future to continue with their so much needed work!

   Harley Street Paediatric Group have been absolutely wonderful for my 6 year old daughter. We saw Dr Singer in Pinero House, which was great, all the members of staff were all friendly. I am so happy and pleased with the appointments and treatment we received from Dr Jack D Singer for my 6 year old daughter. Our appointments were on time and any tests, scans that were needed were arranged very fast. Dr Singer was so friendly towards us all especially my daughter she felt so relaxed and even enjoyed her visit being able to play with the toys and relax whilst Dr Singer sat and spoke with us. My daughter is much healthier and happier after being treated and seen to by Dr Singer. I would recommend Dr Singer and the Harley Street Paediatric Group to anyone needing a paediatrician!
