Absolutely amazing man. Been ripped off by so many people in the past because I’m a woman alone who knows nothing about cars. Mike has been wonderful throughout, explaining everything to me in terms I understand and teaching me new things. If he cannot fix the fault he doesn’t charge. Lovely to talk to also, had some very lovely conversations each time he looked at my car and is overall a very nice man! I cannot rate him enough.

Regrettably, given the age and lengthy history of the car, I ran into a number of problems using Ultimate DPF cleaners. The group quickly and affordably corrected the issue. Since then, I've made the decision to upgrade to a hot hatch that is somewhat newer and has fewer miles. the dealership based on the fantastic care and dependability I had here.
