Fantastic service from truly honest company. My son’s bmw 4series convertible roof got stuck half way up. They could easily charged what they wanted but only £60 to reset it and that was that. Do wonder how many other garages would have been that honest. Will certainly be taking my car to them in future. So thank you guys!! Keep up the great work!!!!
Fantastic service by the guys at Crago's. I literally have a new car again. The engine looked beautiful. They even threw in a new BMW Bonnet badge because they wanted the car to look better. Pam kept me updated throughout via email with pics. Will definitely come back again.
Return customer after full service last year. Booked in for diagnostics for Intermittent drivetrain fault on an m235i. Front of house are great, keep you informed on the process throughout. I’ve used this garage twice now (servicing, breaks, mot) and I’m normally not one to leave reviews for anything but it’s gotta be said this garage goes above and beyond. Absolute total professionals and everyone including the mechanics are so helpful and friendly. Really got me out of a hole when I had coolant flowing out of my 4 series. Managed to squeeze me in and sort me a courtesy car the morning of the discovery even though they didn’t have the time managed to get it done. Honestly if you don’t want your pants pulled down by bmw but still want the expertise these are your guys. Nothing is too much and no question is too silly. Looking forward for many more years of visits to come. Thanks once again.
I received a quote from Cragos which was almost to the penny of the quote BMW wanted which I thought was a bit pointless. I’m sure the quality of work and customer service is good but with no advantage in choosing Cragos I opted for the main dealer.

I recently used Crago’s after suffering many iDrive faults for a month on my 2008 E60, recommended by my mechanic to go to the experts at Crago's for diagnostics. Crago’s were available immediately and I was able to drop off my car for inspection. The next day I was contacted and told the issue was down to a Relay, installation approved and part was fitted. The car was kept for a few days to ensure no more faults were reported. When I arrived for collection everything was explained to me clearly and also the price was great. The company staff are honest and I would not hesitate to take my car back to Crago’s, satisfied customer.
