OK for the odd thing but don't get your hopes up for a matching set. No changing rooms.
Virtually nothing for men in clothing, it's in one corner. A rail of jeans, a rail of trousers a rail of shirts and a couple of suits. With the size of the store it's a joke. Don't waste your time looking for men's clothing you'll end up being shocked and disappointed just like me. They may as well have not bothered!!!
It gets more like a jumble sale everything we go!! Hardly any mens clothes and it's too junky!
I bought a Mattress which i believed to be a real bargain , the mattress was a very odd size and didn't fit the bed so i rang the store for help. This is the critical point with any business , how do they respond to an issue ? Well Becky and Michelle rose to the challenge , they have completely restored my faith in customer service in general , they were superb , they went out of there way to resolve the problem , they kept me informed with what they were doing and they have resolved the problem completely to my satisfaction.. They are a credit to NEXT and i thank them for there efforts . Excellent customer service is a rarity in todays environment , i can certainly say that if you approach the situation in the right manner and ask rather than "demand" help, my experience has been fantastic! Not as good as it use to be lots of strange sizes so when you are trying to find clothes if you are super slim or a larger size then you are fine
Excellent bargains available here, very busy at checkout today but this was unusual. Great place to mix and match jackets and trousers.
Cheap stuff but clothes all over and not in the right places for sizes. But annoying when you find something you want, to find out it's far too small or too big. You would have to look through every item to ensure you have seen everything in your size.
Went into this store today looking for a smart blazer. Found the style that i liked but struggled to find my size. Received great customer service from a young lady called Sarah who went out of her way to locate the items I wanted, checking the store room/ online and even contacting other stores to see if they had any. This was an outstanding example of real customer service and Sarah should be commended for her efforts.
