Staff is useless when asking for help they just point don’t help and show u , very messy also everything is everywhere also very sneaky cashier had reduced price. On label took it off and said it was normal price shocking
Bought some items on 3rd January at around 18:50. All good in general but the 4 dtats good to the "Old" bearded man at the door (guess covering the security side" what a gentleman, helpful and very polite. People like this makes the difference.
Nice store good prices and polite staff. Shame they can't open the store on the times advertised. On a Sunday open time states 10:30, we were all sat outside waiting still at 10:35, yes this is only 5 minutes but still if you open at 10:30 you shouldn't be leaving customers waiting.
Another year another purchase that was OUT OF DATE!!! PLEASE STOP SELLING OUTDATED PRODUCTS AND FOOD GIFTS! Absolutely disgraceful how this is not checked in this store!!!!!!!

Love the shop as always. Absolutely atrocious service from a man on checkout. Passed my treasure card to him which he threw back at me in the counter. Then did the same with my receipt,then turned to I believe a male manger and carried on talking!!
It's a very good store, but, unfortunately the prices of goods are rising too much for me to purchase from them, shame, as the products are of good quality, but as a pensioner, l can no more afford them ..
Very large TK Max this. It has rails and rails of clothes. Hit and miss if you want to grab a designer bargain. You have to dig deep and even then sometimes you will walk out empty handed. You can tell some of the items have been rejected or its like 3 year old non sold stock from other retailers which look out dated. Based on a big retail park with plenty parking.
