   Not sure if it’s the owner who works here but he’s very rude. Rushing you around, telling you to come on and hurry he hasn’t got all day. Etc etc etc. his exact words were “hurry up buddy give me the money i haven’t got all day” stressed us out that much ended up waking out. Was him who lost £700 at the end of the day.

   100% recommend, have purchased 2 items so far from refurnish and both times I have had an Amazon experience. Firstly have purchased a chair which was £70, the chair has some marks and was debating weather they would come out. Then have been offered £30 because of the marks and I couldn’t turn it down. Came home rubbed the marks with some vanish and all came out looking brand new. 2nd time was a couple of days ago when I saw a bed I really loved, attended in store the next day to find it was still there! Made purchase with card in store and paid for delivery which arrived 2 days later early morning. Couldn’t have been more happy with it especially with the cheap price too, everything was packaged correctly so that nothing would get damaged, the 2 delivery guys were lovely and helpful carrying everything to the given place. Thank you so much, I will definitely be coming back
