   Avoid this company. Worktop delivered in flimsy plastic sheet with no protection. Not surprisingly it was damaged. Worktop Hub unhelpful and tried to deflect responsibility onto their supplier when my contract is with Worktop Hub. Had to install visibly damaged worktop because fitters were already present, only offered PARTIAL refund of £45 delivery fee only, with no acknowledgement that they are not incurring collection and redelivery fees or having to try to re-sell the damaged worktop. They think sending a tube of putty for me to try to fix it myself without making it look worse for free means they don't need to recognise I paid for an undamaged brand new worktop and didn't receive it. Order nearly £400. Really bad company with really bad customer ethos. Avoid and buy elsewhere.

   As of placing order fabulous customer service. After receiving incorrect order no response to emails. Thankfully purchased through kalarna so hopefully they will resolve the issue as I’m refusing to pay for something I didn’t want !

   Would leave zero stars but then cannot review. Ordered 2 worktops which arrived and checked individually for damage. When we fitted realised they were different shade and looked awful. Worktop hub told us they had been delivered from manufacturer who said they would not now replace as we had cut them. I spoke with the manufacturer who said they had not been informed of the problem. So worktop hub were lying. Very rude and uncooperative. Surprised they get a score of 3.3 to be honest. I had to speak to the rudest most ignorant man I have ever come across. DO NOT ORDER WORKTOPS FROM THIS COMPANY.

   Lovely to deal with initially but when it came to wanting to return the worktops I was charged £40 collection and a staggering £54 for them to restock it!!! I then had to ring 3 times to get them picked up then when they had been collected I didn't receive my refund so rang them after 2 weeks to be told they had forgotten. The refund arrived and it was incorrect and. By the end of the experience I had paid £537.90 for the worktops and delivery and only received £403.90 back. If you want cheap worktops stick with Ikea the quality and customer service is 100 times better and they only charge £25 if you need to return.

   Very pleasant over the phone , tried to order a worktop breakfast bar via their website but found it confusing with having different lines of the same named worktop, selected a particular line and it defaults back to something else, no stock of breakfast bar top in the shop had to be ordered in which wasn't an issue but they won't let you pick it up in-store to avoid a £25 delivery fee when 5 miles away, it's forced you to pay for delivery. Not impressed
