   Paid for an item on this site 29 th Nov. Confirmation of dispatch 2 Dec. Email them 9 Dec asking for tracking details. I don’t have an account as I checked out as a guest to go in and check Got an email saying sorry but strikes blah blah. I respond yes that’s fine but tracking number please so I don’t have to keep contacting you and keep an eye on my purchase. Silence.. email again just for tracking …silence Tried the telephone it rings and then cuts off saying the number does not work. I am not even confident that this company is still functioning. Be careful if you are spending any of your Christmas cash on this site. It could be delays….maybe, but who just ignores a customer asking for tracking after responding with waffle? Especially as items I have purchased from other small companies have all been delivered.

   An item from an online purchase on 11th May arrived damaged.. notified the company immediately by email.. since then I’ve only had one email in reply.. no further emails and they do not answer the telephone.. to date customer service has been shocking.. After they have failed to replace the damaged item I’ve now asked for a full refund and still no reply..
