   Hello me and my parents came here a couple days ago found some absolutely amazing mattresses but more than that the service was amazing had this absolutely lovely lady named Devi and she was so patient and kind as well as a great guide in the big shop very grateful for her help.

   Brandon and his team mate (forgot name sorry) was polite chatty well mannered. And went above and beyond to make sure the delivery was in the right place and I was happy with the items in the place they deserve staff of the year and other delivery services/people should take a leaf out of their book and the world would be a better place so yes be has helpful has them They really did brighton my day. Lovely chap's 3 boxes full of wood and King mattress

   The updates from the store were very poor. I had to email for details after 3 months when the delivery was late. The delivery itself took 5 months to arrive, could have got a new car quicker.

   Very happy with the purchase staff in store were pleasant and helpful, delivery men were excellent. Everything perfect apart from the assembly. I don't think we got offered the option of installation when I made the purchase. I just paid a lot of money for a bed, so the additional cost of installation wouldn't have made that much difference. I would recommend to anyone buying a big bed, to pay for installation. It leaves a lot of rubbish behind. Ie cardboard and plastic wrapping.

   Walking into the shop for the first time was a real pleasure the amount of beds on display was a lot more than I expected, we tried various mattresses for comfort and size and got great advice and help from the staff member on duty that day , he was very very helpful knowledgeable and new a lot about all products in here, so after listening to the advice given I bought a new mattress which I went for in the first place plus a new bed base and various other accessories as well, overall a great experience with know pressure to buy anything at all got what I went for and they hav great offers on weekly and every brand of bed and mattresses you can imagine at great prices.
