Very good company fast and careful delivery too overall very satisfied with the bed and Kp for supplying it
Bought a bed and a mattress in December 2023. We went for a divan base and orthopaedic mattress. Just over a year later, the divan base began to fall through as it was made out of a cheap cardboard material. The mattress began to sag as a result of this. Just under 2 years later we’ve had to buy a completely new bed and mattress due to the poor quality of the bed and mattress from KP beds. The company offered to replace the part of the divan base but at a cost as we were weeks out of warranty. They then told us that they couldn’t get the same parts for the bed and that we wouldn’t be able to have a footboard. Due to not wanting this, we left it. They didn’t offer any refunds and only left us with the above option. Having to buy a new bed and mattress after under two years is diabolical. We will not be buying anymore beds from this company. So disappointed
I can't recommend KP Beds highly enough. We visited last week and were given good but not pushy / pressured advice before trying various beds. They then tailor made what we needed and came up with a very competitive cost which included delivery and also removal of the old bed. They've just installed the new one and taken the old one away in a friendly,professional manner. Thanks again for everything!

From entering the store the service was great. There was a good selection of mattresses to choose from & advice on each one to suit our needs, all reasonabley priced. The delivery time was good & they took away our old mattress and packaging. Excellent service, would certainly recommend this local business.
Great customer service. We bought a king size adjustable bed after a fair bit of comparison with other local suppliers. Really good price. Excellent product. Delivery guys were so pleasant and efficient. Will always recommend KP Beds.
Belated review , excellent service and quality, bought a bed frame and 2 mattresses , excellent ! These are the best I’ve ever had and a fraction of what I have paid for mattresses in the past but so much better, Thankyou over 6 months on x
Purchased our bed from here a couple of weeks ago now and are thrilled with it. Delivery was at a day and time to suit and they even took our old bed and mattress away with them. Will definitely recommend them to family and friends.
