I have never experienced such a shabby company. Colourhill has let me down 4 times, firstly the fitter didn't turn up, I had to chase the company to find out what had happened, I was told the fitter had phoned in sick, However they didn't inform me. Then the fitter came 2 weeks later, and could not fit the wardrobe as the sales rep had measured the wardrobe space incorrectly, I was then told I had to wait another week. So today again I have been waiting for the fitter to arrive, since 8:30 (now 13:53)and guess what no show, after once again phoning the company they inform me that they are not sure if he will be coming to me today, I wished I had not paid my payment in full, the company also sent me someone else invoice to pay, when I questioned it they asked for payment that had already been made!!!! I have requested the director to ring me, to be told he wont ring you as he just works in the work shop and has nothing to do with customers!!! says it all to me!!!!!!
Steve at Colourhill was great. He gave us some great ideas on what style of kitchen to go with and the sorts of cabinets/pull outs etc to have. He was always very quick to answer any queries we had and was flexible when we had to push dates back due to covid issues. Absolutely love our new kitchen!
I would thoroughly recommend Steve and the team at Colourhill. Steve listened to our ideas, what we did and didn’t want, and put together some design options for us. He was really patient while we considered these and made some great suggestions. I never felt pressured or rushed into making a decision and Steve was only too happy to make changes until we were completely ready to go ahead. His team were all lovely as well - professional, friendly and reliable, they did a great job and really minimised the inevitable disruption that having a new kitchen brings. We’re very pleased with the end result; the kitchen came in on budget and Steve designed some lovely finishing touches for us. Thank you!
Colourhill provided cupboards, doors, trims and handles for our kitchen. Excellent job. Used them again to update the same in a kitchen at a different property. Another great job.
