   Today, I visited JYSK in Mansfield and, as always, had a great experience. The staff are polite, friendly, and very helpful; they are always eager to assist with any questions. The store is clean, well organized, and easy to browse, which makes shopping enjoyable and stress-free. The products are nicely displayed, and the overall atmosphere is calm and welcoming. It’s a store I’m always happy to return to and would recommend to others.

   Brilliant furniture however the staff customer service not so brilliant, Staff very reluctant to help. First of all they told us our order had gone missing then when finally found after providing a free attitude there was no help or support when handling heavy furniture which resulted in my partner having to maneuver an extremely large wardrobe himself! I thought people get paid to work? Poor service at JYSK Mansfield!

   I brought a rug from the Mansfield store. It was not cheap it had started to come unstitched I returned it today to be told all they could do was a credit note. Because I had a dog and they thought the dog had Done it. I wanted to exchange it the rude lady behind the till said you can take that rug a dispose of it as it stinks. I have never felt so embarrassed as it was in front of other customers as well. They exchanged the rug I had to take the faulty rug with me. I will never shop there again and I think the store manager needs to have a word with there team on manners. I will be taken to there head office

   Prices all over the place, not just this store. Seems to be in all stores Ive visited, the same items in multiple locations labelled differently took the item to the till was a completely different price altogether.

   Ordered and paid for 4 chairs, not in stock but could collect in 7 days, 21 days later no communication so visited store only to find a notice pined on the door to say they had decided to closed for the day, no phone or email address to contact them, 30 mile round trip wasted, will try again tomorrow.

   What's a shambles of a store. Unwilling to sell display items as they have a click and collect reservation. 3 members of staff turned away a sale of just under £200. No wonder the high street stores are failing to internet shopping when you have staff with no common sense running them.

   Love this place sell a variety of home products from cushion covers to beds and sideboards, it's all nice quality stuff too, I have a side board I brought from there 2 or 3 years ago and it's still bang on.

   Furniture is nice and better quality than IKEA but current pick up opening hours till 4 pm are good only for people who are unemployed or retired. Why not having the shop open 12 - 6 pm? The staff, when finally opened the door for me after long waiting, was inconsiderate and unhelpfull.
