   Food was excellent but couldn’t claim my £10 voucher for downloading the app every reason in the book not to give ,it think it was to windy, however the staff were friendly the place was clean and the service at the bar was quick ,I couldn’t get any channels on the tv ? Not very into tech good job I had my phone as the weather was too bad to go out.

   Had lovely Sunday lunch. The food was plentiful and veg cooked to perfection. Had pavlova for dessert bloomin delicious. Our waitress Brooke took great care of us. She was very attentive and professional, made us laugh and made our afternoon meal really enjoyable. Thank you Brooke, you're a credit to the Inn.

   Stayed here after attending a wedding, the staff were lovely and couldn’t do enough for us! Made us feel very comfortable and checking in was very easy. The room was beautiful and clean, exactly what we needed! We went downstairs and enjoyed a delicious breakfast, eggs Benedict and a full English! Couldn’t thank the staff enough, will definitely stay in the future and highly recommend! Thankyou!

   Room was pristine, bumped into the housekeeper as I was checking in and she made sure I had everything I needed. The hotel is attached to a charming country style pub with amazing food and fantastic staff. The location is on a busy road but also a 5 minute bus from the town centre which was a beautiful place to spend the day and has lots of local amenities. I would recommend this hotel to a person travelling alone or as a couple for a peaceful retreat as the location has fantastic transport links all over the country.

   Great place to stay overnight at Lichfield! Positives - The Check-in was quick and the staff very helpful - The location of the rooms were great - The neighbourhood was quiet and pleasant - The room was spacious - The security to the room and the building was excellent - The plug points and access was good - The mattress was comfortable - The food service was excellent - The bathroom was good size - The parking was convenient - The Check-out was quick Improvements - The windows require some changes possibly double glazing to reduce noise - The bathroom needs sprucing up and improve on smell - Toilets need signage on not dispensing toilet rolls and blocking them - The bathroom taps need replacement or fixing - The TV proximity change and access to channels to be documented, more choice as well

   Welcoming reception from staff. Shown to room, which was clean and comfortable. Shower room smelled a little musty, likely due to extractor not working, but this didn't cause any issues at all. Shower itself very clean, and excellent. Bed very comfy. Breakfast great. Bar lovely, and restaurant lively in the evening (we did not dine with you, so cannot comment on food, but it looked appealing). Would defo recommend to others and would certainly return if in the area again. Thank you :)

   The hotel was clean, the room was very nice and the food choices were excellent Staff were very friendly and helpful If you need to improve anything I would suggest more staff in the morning over the breakfast period, although your single staff member was lovely the service was very slow. Your poor staff member was very busy serving customers their breakfast and having to check them out plus cleaning as well.
