   Book! James & Hansel are the perfect hosts! We were looking for a 1 stop shop & luckily found this place! Immaculate rooms, gorgeous breakfast , safe & secure parking, easy instructions & the guys definitely make this place , they are definitely in the right business, they are a joy & infectious & we highly recommend here & will definitely book again if we fly from Birmingham.    Recently stayed as I was on a course with work, really nice location with optimal parking. Options for breakfast and lunch too. Owner was very welcoming and greeted me at the door as I arrived. Would definitely stay again.

   We stayed just for 1 night prior to going to Barcelona. We paid for transfers and to be fair cannot fault the service received. The room was gorgeous, but James arrange the taxi, got up at squid o'clock to make sure the taxi arrived for us. He then delivered our car to the airport so we could get straight home and not have to find our way back to the B&B. We will definitely stay here again and would 100% recommend to anyone. Yes its not the cheapest place but you get what you pay for!!!

   A truly magical stay for our wedding weekend! My partner and I chose this B&B for the night before our wedding and our wedding night, and we couldn't have made a better decision. From the moment we arrived, James and Hansel were incredibly attentive and welcoming, making us feel completely at ease during what could have been a stressful time. The care they showed went above and beyond our expectations. James and Hansel were incredibly helpful, even giving us the entire top floor with three rooms, which was a perfect setup for the girls to get ready with hair and makeup. They thought of every detail to ensure our stay was as perfect as our special day. On the wedding morning, the breakfast service was very fast and the food was delicious, which was a huge help and the perfect start to a momentous day. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable, serving as a peaceful sanctuary for us to prepare and then relax. We are so grateful for their kindness and attention to detail. This B&B didn't just provide a place to stay; they provided a truly memorable part of our wedding experience. We highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a special and attentive place to stay.

   We booked out the whole B&B for my wedding and James & Hansel could not have been more accomodating. They were flexible with adding additional breakfasts for guests that were staying elsewhere in Coleshill which was particularly kind. The building is stunning and I had a lovely time getting ready there with my bridal party. Thanks again!
