Stayed at this cottage for three nights as was away for work. Absolutely delightful and a nice place to return back to from a busy day. The evening light in the garden is breathtaking. Carol stayed up later than usual to let me in and still have me a tour of the property. Sank into my lovely bed and slept like a baby each night. Room wa spotless and plenty of tea/coffee in the bedroom. Excellent shower and bathroom facilities- not enough time to really enjoy the place as I wished. A home away from home. Will definitely opt for this than the frequent hotel chain.

Fantastic experience, Carol was the perfect guest host, very polite, warm and caring, couldn't fault the business in any way, comfortable bed, clean, lovely breakfast and warm home, home from home experience

Such a lovely well kept property. So peaceful and beautiful in its location. Had everything we needed and we had a splendid breakfast in the morning. Made to feel very welcome. The only downside was we didn't get to spend much time here as we attended a wedding at Shustoke Farm Barn (perfect place to stay for such an occasion, £4 in a taxi) and had to leave to get back to our children. We would love to return again so we could have a truly relaxing break.

We had a warm welcome and relaxing overnight stay in Carol and John's beautiful home. Breakfast was excellent and served early so we could be at the NEC by 8.00. It's a well tucked away delight we have pleasure in recommending.

Affordable BnB near the NEC. We've stayed several times at Carols establishment which offers comfortable ensuite rooms in a quiet location . The owners really make you feel at home and are always on hand to provide those extra touches. In addition to the usual facilities, guests can make use of a small ,well equipped kitchen area should you wish to eat something heated in the evening. Parking is off road in an area at the rear of the property and should you be attending a show at the NEC, a 15 mins drive is all that's needed. We can genuinely recommend this friendly Bed n Breakfast on both the standard of accommodation, as well as the hearty , freshly prepared breakfast .
