   I wish i had read the TrustPilot and Google reviews before purchasing from such a rubbish company. I ordered the Apex Metal Shed 11x1.5ft Grey from BillyOh via Amazon, with a delivery date scheduled for January 2026. Surprisingly, it arrived the very next day, which would have been fantastic had I been notified in advance. Because no delivery notice was given, no one was available to assist the driver. My wife (Who had just given birth to Twins) was at home, but the package was extremely heavy and she could not help. The driver called me and asked if I could arrange a neighbor to assist, which was not possible. He then stated he could not take the package back and proceeded to bring it into the house himself. As a result, my flooring was scratched. BillyOh have since refused responsibility, claiming it was kerbside delivery only and that the damage was not the driver’s fault. At no point was kerbside-only delivery mentioned by the driver, and I have Ring doorbell footage to evidence this. Separately, I hired professionals to assemble the shed as I required electrical work. When the package was opened, the door panels were found to be damaged. I reported this immediately and was initially told replacement parts would be requested and sent in the new year. I accepted this resolution. However, I was then informed via Amazon that the supplier has no replacements available. No alternative solution, no repair, no partial refund — nothing. I am now left with a damaged product and no meaningful support, and due to the damaged door panels, the shed is not weatherproof, meaning rain will get inside and lead to further issues over time. Overall, the lack of communication, poor handling of delivery damage, and complete failure to resolve a defective product make this a very disappointing experience. I would strongly caution others before purchasing.

   Installed for a friend. We're to start really. nothing sizes up, everything is out of place see pictures, the flooring came in 8 pieces. Once attached together, even with 4 of us lifting it broke in the middle. Ran out of slats for the roof 8 pieces short, had to buy extra. Screws are thin and flimsy, used my own from toolstation. Rolls of roof felt are brittle, summer house was reduced to £1000, I can see why. So save your money instead of being ripped off. Go to a local tradesman at least they'll take pride in what they are selling. I will contact you about this in due course

   Avoid this company like the plague! My wife purchased a playhouse in November 2024 from BillyOh and all was going well when it was delivered on time. We notified BillyOh that we wouldn’t be building the playhouse straight away as we were in the process of moving house. This didn’t seem an issue with them. Fast forward to May 2025 we began building it after moving house and prepping the groundwork for it. We built the floor first as per the instructions but when going to fit the last panel it didn’t look/fit together like the instructions said. We tried calling BillyOh aftersales/support (which are only open during work hours in the week). After 3 weeks of trying to speak to someone about it/them understanding the issue, we gave up. During the 3 weeks the staff we spoke to were rude, unreliable, sexist, border line abusive and failed on promises of calling back. We decided to try and speak to sales who are based in the UK and managed to speak to a sales supervisor/manager. After hours of discussion and frustration they confirmed that the floor panels we had received were narrower than those in the instructions (they knew the narrower panels were sent to us for the floor and roof as they was a supply issue for the wider panels). We were therefore set up to fail from the off. By the end of the call they agreed to send a pre built base. 3 weeks after speaking to the sales manager the base arrived. We continued to build the playhouse but quickly came across more issues such as cracked Perspex/nails sticking out/missing nails/fixings on pre built panels. We got back in touch with BillyOh and requested a refund as we had had enough by this point. They denied our request as they wanted to rectify the new issues but as advised by citizens advice we are entitled to a full refund as it isn’t fit for purpose/dangerous/we have had significant inconvenience. We already know we have more issues later in the build as the roof panels are narrower than the ones in the instructions so again it will need building differently to the instructions to which we have had no written guidance. The product and the company are a shambles and fail to look after their customers. We are currently seeking legal advice to recoup the money we have wasted buying a playhouse from BillyOh/Garden Buildings Direct/Kybotech. If you want to save your money and sanity don’t deal with any of these companies that operate as a single entity.

   The order process was simple enough – I ordered a children’s playhouse online in April 2025, and it was delivered after about eight weeks in June 2025. Unfortunately, due to my in-law becoming seriously ill and being hospitalised for several months, we fell behind with assembling the playhouse. Based on the testimonials on the BillyOh website, we trusted the product would be in good condition when we were finally able to build it. When we opened the pallet at the end of July, we were very disappointed to find several defective parts. Some pieces did not fit properly, nails had split the wood, and the finish was poor – with some areas rough or uncoloured. Although no parts were missing, it was not possible to build the playhouse as supplied. I first attempted to upload photos of the defects through my BillyOh account, but the website would not accept them. I then had to email the support team with all the pictures attached. I was informed that replacement parts would be delivered on 9th September, but nothing arrived and I received no updates. After chasing this via calls and emails, I was given a new date of 19th September. Again, nothing was delivered. When I phoned, I was told the parts were “on their way” and that I would get a text 30 minutes before arrival. No text ever came, and no delivery took place. I called again and was told the delivery team could not complete the delivery due to “unforeseen circumstances”. A further email then confirmed a new delivery window between yesterday 02/10/25 and today 03/10/25 – but once again, no delivery was made. This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. My advice to others would be: if you can afford to, it is worth paying a little more elsewhere for better service and reliability, to avoid the stress and wasted time I have experienced.

   Wholly unsatisfactory. The shed was delivered as a pile of untreated boards. Many were cut too short, mostly by 10mm against the cutting list supplied. I treated the shed with two coats of preservative immediately it had been erected. Lots of split and warped timber, it has now been standing for eight months, it is mouldy, leaking and not at all fit for purpose. I will be pulling it down and burning it when spring arrives. A complete waste of money.

   Bought the BillyOh Expert Tongue and Groove Pent Workshop. Very poor quality wood. You would fall through the floor so had to reinforce with plywood. Truss supports were cut 2 inches too short. They sent replacements but was left without a roof on my shed for 1 week. Wouldn't of known this until building. Same goes for the roof. One pack of the tounge and groove boards were short but around 1.5inch. had to patch it up myself as I wasn't going to wait any longer for parts. Overall it was a very bad experience. On all the emails they say its not like them to make mistakes. But now I found this it's clear it is like them. Personally I wouldn't recommend anyone to purchase any shed from this company. I spent nearly £1100 on a shed and I had to spend an additional £200-£300 to make it so I could even use it as a basic shed. There is a reason they do not allow reviews on the product listings on the website nor allow reviews on Facebook.

   Do not under any circumstances buy a shed from BillyOh (via Amazon). Every single panel is warped, has holes in it, has gaps between the slats, is held together with basic staples (which split the wood), and is rotten/mouldy before it is even up. Will they give you a refund or allow you to return it? No of course they will not. But if you give them every single part number they will replace it! The quality of this item will not keep my belongings safe and dry. It is so flimsy a child could pull off a panel or break a slat off. Trading Standards and litigation will be the only way to resolve this matter.

   AVOID AT ALL COST!!! If there was a ZERO rating this would be applied. This Company are a disgrace to deal with. Ordered a summerhouse from them which arrived. The quality is something to be desired but as we liked the look of what the end product would be, we decided to proceed with building. The both "french doors" are an inch too wide for the frame & need altering (another job for our erector) The last panel to be erected was on the attached storage shed only to find the incorrect panel had been sent. Contacted customer care with our plight, to no avail. It is now neary 4 weeks later & no replacement panel has been sent. Three delivery dates where they failed to show. Umpteen telephone calls & emails to them, & still NOTHING. Their "customer care" department are a joke. Would never purchase anything from this Company again.

   I'm very happy with my summer house/office. Positives- -Relatively cheap -Looks good What I will say though is this is not for someone without a lot of DIY experience, personally ended up spending a bit more to improve the design and make it a bit more secure, but this was mainly due to wanting to board it out and insulate it. Negatives - was delivered after estimated delivery time and not until i rang to chase, which was after the estimated delivery date (suddenly had a email the next day to book delivery) Instructions are absolute pants and generic to the building and so don't match 100% with your building. Gives you the basics but you will need to think and work out how to do things. As I said I absolutely love this and think it's brilliant, all of my wood was fine and good quality a few knot holes but that's to be expected and a bit of silicon filled those easily. It's not a quick project, 3 weeks on and still working on it!
