    Lovely clean room. The beds are very comfortable and with good bedding. Tea and coffee in the room . Everything you need. Close to the airport and nec. Would definitely use it again.

    I booked this b&b because I was attending a convention at NEC. It's only a 2/3 minute walk to the nearest bus stop which was really convenient. The room was pretty quiet despite being on a dual carriageway and next to the airport. My room was spotless and had tea and coffee making facilities. There was plenty of room for clothes. The bathroom was also spotless and really nice!
