   Went to cafe at Mansfield dunelm about 2.pm 1 young girl on till very busy. Must have been 6 or 7 in queue. 2 girls topping up sauces and collecting plates took ages for some one to help her. Seemed no one was taking charge sorting queue and helping young girl out. Food and drink was ok no worries there. I had eaten my jkt pot. But not finished coffee Left coffee on tablet. Told the girl sweeping the floor I had not finished my drink I was just getting a cake from counter. The problem was the young girl left the till went to kitchen. Heard her say can someone take over till as she should have finished few mins ago Another girl came served me. By this time they took my coffee away. They did make me another one. My point is. That young girl on till should have had help. Staff need to serve guests. Before cleaning or topping up. Nothing was empty. It could have waited same as sweeping floor. I worked in catering 28 year s. Need some one senior watching as well as helping out. I would like an answer.

   Poor customer service, staff were friendly enough, but I feel mislead. Picked an item of which there were approx 10 hooked up and displayed at £5 . I got to the till and it came up at £10, I questioned the price and was fobbed off with a poor excuse, at one point I felt the staff were actually suggesting I'd altered the price tags. They refused to honour the price or even accept it was their error.

   Very impressed went there today for some green leaf flowers. No price on 2 of them asked staff who tried to get a price not sure what they was called he say you can have them for free just do a donation at the charity box at the till!! I still bought 2 for £10. But really impressed with whoever the manager was on the other end of the phone. Thank you very much Godbless

   Pretty similar to all Dunelem shops. We got a curtain, and at curtain poles as well as bedding. The cafe looked a bit busy so we have a coffee a skip, but looked nice. Parking was good.

   Shout out to a collection of ladies who helped me, one lady situated on the textile section who helped me order an extra tin of paint for another store that we thought might be discontinued and a lady we gave me advice on having a V-shaped pillow to eliminate my neck ache, you both turned my day around! Ps the pillow advice worked wonders, I'll love you forever.

   Huge range of quality household items. I bought all of my bedding (Quilt, pillows, covers etc) and some kitchen items too. The Quilt cover I selected was the last one, and had been opened by someone, but I had to have it. It was also marked as having been opened, by the lady on the till, but I wanted it and didn't mind paying £65 for it. When I got home, there was something stuck under the flap of the packaging - a sticker which said "Sale £12". I'm guessing it was due to the packaging being opened. I felt a little disappointed, but it's a beautiful Quilt cover, so it took the sting out of it somewhat. Still, next time I go ill pay more attention. I'm doing my entire place a room at a time - furniture, the whole works - so I'll be going back several more times in the next month or two. I'd have given 5 stars had it not for the lady on the till missing the sale sticker. Having said that, I also missed it so partly my fault.

   Called in Dunelm Mansfield to purchase some luxury table protector. I asked if they could cut to size and provide the size I required. I was told it was store policy not to do this as they had a bad experience with one customer God only knows when. I informed the staff I'm disabled having had both knees replaced and 3, yes 3, hip replacements. Therefore i neither had anywhere to cut this and haven't got the ability to kneel on the floor to cut this. They asked the manager if they could do this on this occasion. He refused. What on earth is wrong with folk these days. The majority of places you go there seems to be an excuse for not delivering a full customer service. Strangley though they make curtains to customers sizes. How very odd!!! Only gave 1 star as can't leave zero.

   I've shopped here a lot and have always found the staff to be nice and helpful. I didn't appreciate being treated like a shoplifter when late night shopping. It was really intimidating. I would rather have been searched than followed at close range!

   Although the item I wanted was out of stock the assistant I spoke to was extremely helpful. She checked if the item was available elsewhere for me, unfortunately it wasn't. Despite that it was a positive experience and I would return.

   Great selection, really friendly staff! But what were you thinking when you did the register layout? It was the most frustrating thing getting through there with a trolley, there's no space and you've packed way too many tills there so there's no where to put your trolley and there's no where for the staff behind the counter to put your items, having a full trolley I was so stressed I might have missed an item and not scanned it(I didn't thankfully).
