    First time I was late for five minutes only of my appointment time and they denied to provide any service because I was late. Every time in the past I was there waiting for a haircut while I was on time but I had to wait at least 15 or 20 minutes before I had anyone call me for a haircut.Now even the place was empty they had no work and they sent me away.you just lost a customer but besides that you can't work with customers and sent them away. Unacceptable.

    My 9 year old son is autistic and was an absolute nightmare having his haircut total sensory overload, gradually over the past year with the help of the wonderful understanding staff he now actually likes having his haircut. Plus they do an excellent cut.
