   I happened upon this charming café and thoroughly enjoyed a delightful brunch. Jess provided exceptional service, attentively checking in to make sure we were comfortable and had all we needed. The food was absolutely delicious, we ordered eggs with avocado and halloumi, as well as the Banyan croissant, paired perfectly with freshly brewed coffee. I would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a warm atmosphere and tasty dishes. Thank you again for a wonderful experience!

   We popped into The Banyan Tree while we were in Manchester for the half marathon and honestly had such an amazing time! The place was absolutely buzzing but the staff couldn’t have been more helpful, they made sure my family’s peanut allergy and gluten sensitivity were properly looked after, which we really appreciated. The roast dinner was unreal, and even with how busy it was, the cocktails were spot on, as good as any cocktail bar we’ve ever been to! Massive shoutout to Sinead for sorting out my favourite drink even though it wasn’t on the menu! Huge thanks to the whole team for making the day so special for our family trip. Honestly wish they’d open one in Liverpool so we could go more often, we’d be regulars for sure!

   We’ve been travelling the UK & Europe for a month and this place is hands down the best pub food & service we’ve had. Espresso Martinis are top notch and the fish, chips and mushy peas delicious as is the feta scracha dip & pita bread. Locals and staff are super friendly, would highly recommend if you’re in the Salford area.

   First ever pet friendly place we tried and I wasn’t disappointed! The staff were super friendly and asked if it was okay to fuss over out puppy (which was a bonus). They offered a dogs menu which I thought was pretty cute. The food was generously portioned and tasted delicious and I’m sure my puppy enjoyed his too. Will definitely come back again :)

   Breakfasts here are amazing. Never been disappointed on any visit. I had to tear myself away from my usual Banyan Breakfast to try their pancakes with bacon, blueberries and maple syrup and I was not disappointed at all!! Fantastic. My other half's breakfast arrived a little on the cold side and with no fuss or palavar it was whipped away with many apologies and offers of free coffee's .... all unnecessary .... but what great customer service. We've also been here for drinks many times day and night, week days and weekends and there's no slip in service at all...no matter how busy. Lovely atmosphere in the evenings inside. We'll be back next weekend for breakfast ...and I'm looking forward to it already!

   One of the best pancakes that I've ever had! I ordered berries and cream pancake, was really tempted by the chocolate one as well, so really happy when it show up with chocolate in the plate as well. The staffs who served us were really really kind and welcoming. Definitely made the experience better than it can be. Photos are the berries and cream pancake and the skinny fries that I ordered.

   Me and husband visited this place for breakfast, for our anniversary weekend. It was so good we had to come back the next day! The sticky BBQ beans were absolutely amazing and so was the French toast! We will be back the next time we visit for sure!
