Without the so called big name stores that have perminate "SALES ON" .    I needed a new sofa as the one I had was worn out as it was around twenty years old but I had kept it as it was manufactured by Natuzzi so I was reluctant to throw it away. I went to my local Sofa Store Direct in Rotherham to see if I could find a suitable replacement, the gentleman who greeted me was very helpful and I believe he was called Ken. He answered all my questions and I asked if he could get me a particular sofa down from one of the higher display shelves which he did with some help from his colleague. This turned out to be the sofa which I purchased on the day and it was delivered the week after by two gentleman who were excellent and very respectful. I also had a good conversation with Ken at the store and the two gentleman who delivered the sofa. To summarise I highly recommend this company and I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase a sofa from them again. Thank you for the excellent service.

   I visited Sofa Store and was assisted by Joseph. I went on a Monday and had the sofa delivered 2 days later! Joseph was extremely helpful as were the 2 delivery men who deliver my sofa. I was delighted with the price I paid (£799) should have been £1745 at Furniture Village. I came across Sofa Store Direct by accident, as I was looking at the main sofa companies for my new sofa, but I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from Sofa Store Direct again in the future. I 100% recommended Joseph and Sofa Store Direct.

We had specific requirements, a high back, fixed firm seats and backs made in upholstery rather than leather plus not too deep as we are not long legged!    The staff at Sofa Store in Rotherham were so helpful and patient, we didn’t feel pressured at all while looking at the ranges they had in store. They kept us updated while the sofa was being manufactured and the delivery was when expected.
