Can someone from headoffice contact me regarding sending me another customer's sofa which I still have. If you bought a brownish sofa from sofology early this year 2025 rotherham I have this in my home. They sent it to me by mistake only problem is that my sofa is stuck in the warehouse somewhere. UPDATE..I HAVE CONTACTED SOFOLOGY LAST WEEK NO SUCESS WAITING A REPLY STILL. still have someone's sofa in my house, don't know what purchasers think about not having sofas and it's in my home.

Don’t shop here, spend your hard earned money elsewhere. Talking about delivery, we was 100% told to pick a date however we weren’t sure when so the salesman said don’t worry we can move our delivery date forward if needed aslong as it’s after 7/8 weeks from when we ordered it. This was back in July and now we have rang up with some dates we have in mind, and we’ve just been fobbed saying we won’t be receiving any earlier than 15 weeks after we ordered which is absurd! When wanting to speak to a manager at the store I just get put through to a rude women from head office. Not happy about the false information I’ve been told and now will have no sofa for an extra 7 weeks than we anticipated! Think your staff need training. I expect a copy and paste reply to this review saying oh sorry about this please feel free to contact such and such.com as if they care or will do anything about it.

Ordered from here 12 weeks ago and delivery took place on the 30/08/2025. Upon arrival sofa was an absolute mess looks like something from Shein!! Stitching on the side of sofa is stretched, both of the seats on the front the stitching doesn't align up and the right hand side of the sofa sticks out more than the left and to top it all off a great big dirty scratch and scuff mark on the side of the sofa where the seats fix together. I phoned this store as soon as it was delivered to be fobbed off with head offices number. Ive rang head office to be told sometimes they get damaged in transit and that they will send a technician out to 're-pigment' the sofa basically colour it in!! If im not happy once they have coloured it I'll be going to citizens advice and the furniture ombudsman. This is the second time I have shopped with sofology and will be the last. All smiles when your in the shop ordering but aftercare is disgusting. I'd avoid and spend your thousands elsewhere on a sofa that will look new when delivered like its meant to!!

We were really disappointed with our experience purchasing one of Sofology’s most expensive and popular sofas. As first-time homeowners, we were excited to receive it, but what should have been a special moment turned into a frustrating and disheartening one. When the sofa was delivered, we discovered several issues: • The main seat cushion sagged noticeably, suggesting poor filling. • The decorative cushions arrived visibly dirty. • The base of the sofa was stained, which was shocking for a brand-new product. • Most upsetting of all, the delivery team caused damage to our brand-new carpet, which had only been professionally fitted ten days earlier. Despite this, Sofology is now offering just £150 towards cleaning — even though the carpet doesn’t need cleaning, it’s been physically damaged. Both the technician and delivery team confirmed it is a scratch, not a mark or stain that can be lifted. This whole experience has been extremely disappointing. After spending a significant amount on a premium product, we expected far better quality and customer care. Unfortunately, we’ve been left with a damaged carpet, a substandard sofa, and an offer that doesn’t reflect the seriousness of the situation. I hope Sofology reconsiders how it handles damage caused during delivery — especially when customers are investing so much in their products.

Absolutely disgusting, soon as they have your money, your done with em in their eyes, waited 12 weeks for a sofa they said they would expidite, in order to get my custom. Moved into a new home and had to sit on the floor for 12 weeks. Complained, and all they said was that I shouldn't have been told that my order would be expedited. This is how they treat customers who spend 4k on a sofa

I work in sales myself and know how important it is to get the customers sales/experience journey right. Exploring the customers needs, making recommendations and getting your point across without being pushy. Tony is a perfect example of what I class as the complete package. Sofology at Rotherham was the first place we looked at for Sofas and we were greeted by Tony at the entrance. The welcome was spot on. Perfect balance of information given and time to leave us to browse. When we wanted help Tony was available. We must have come back about 3 maybe 4 times because we weren't sure as to what sort of sofas we wanted and constantly having to bring one of our 2 children with us which is a nightmare in itself. Tony was always patient with us and I only wanted to be served by Tony. I gave my email to make sure Tony would be available when we would arrive in store. We visited SCS, DFS, furniture Village and a couple more. Some were overly pushy and as soon as they found out we weren't buying on the day they were dismissive and quite rude on the farewell. Some weren't overly bothered. I knew after looking around that we wanted to go back and choose our sofas with Tony. We had an idea and measured up only to realise the combination we were thinking of just didn't seem right, they were going to fit but it would have been to close to the TV. I showed Tony some photos of our layout and we thought a 3 and 2 seater sofa combination would be better. Tony recomended some products and services and we purchased the order with some extras as they were qualified perfectly. I can't speak highly of Tony. Anyone I speak to about my sofas will know to go and see Tony at Sofology Rotherham! Thank you Tony! Your an absolute Legend!

Went to store on Sunday to look for a sofa. Didn't find one we liked. Imagine my shock when I received an email today saying nice choice, the item has been saved in your basket and repayments will be £80.5= over 4 years interest free. Is that even legal. I have referred the email to trading standards. Do no even go into this store.
