What an amazing hotel with super welcoming staff , Maria and Sam , the rooms are sumptuous and large with a lot of thought going into every little detail . The staff are so helpful and very informative and friendly - nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely stay again on our next visit to the area .
We had such an amazing time here! The hotel was lovely, and the interior was so beautiful—it truly made us feel like we were abroad. The food was excellent as well; I highly recommend getting breakfast here. It was the perfect start to our morning. The service was outstanding, and Maria was incredibly attentive. She made sure all of our needs were met throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place!!
Maria is the reason why it was a pleasant stay. She is into everything naturally kind and caring. A great character and literally the heart and soul if the Hotel. She can cook great stuff with a personal twist and is always smiling. She can make a bad morning turn good because of her authentic kindness and high spirit. Thanks to her making a business trip to an ugly town look less ugly.
Lovely hotel and great attention to detail. From booking right the way through to departure, hosts so attentive and nothing was too much trouble. It was my partners birthday and on arrival in the bedroom was a lovely card and gift, a thoughtful gesture. Hotel and room was clean and so Comfortable. Really lovely warm feel to the hotel. So accommodating would absolutely recommend a stay here, very reasonable and breakfast was great. We will definitely return next year. Coincidentally found this little boutique hotel. Absolutely georgeous rooms, each looks different. Very comfortable and quiet sleep, super delicious and freshly made breakfast. And all topped by amazing staff and owners that will do the utmost to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Big recommendation and worth quite a big detour for a stay.
The good bit: - Design, style, vibrant - That's a good example how a good hotel should be done and presented. I like the suite I stayed. - High ceilings and very well use of that space. - Lights are sufficient enough and contribute to the atmosphere, - Heating was more than enough. - Hot water with a good pressure, and shower head attached to the high ceiling - that was nice. Someone did a very good job and definitely I will be coming back - I want to try and stay in all the suites. Actually I am surprised in a good way from the breakfast - it was very well presented and nice. It is very easy to get it from M5, just a mile or so from Junction 2. And the some things to have in mind as well: - Be careful if you enter the hotel with wet shoes - marble floor, which can be slippery - Location wise is not something exceptional. If you expect stunning outside views should look elsewhere. - There is a parking situation could be a little bit tricky, but the hotel staff managed to sort it out for me. Thanks for that. - You know, we the smokers are discriminated everywhere in the UK, but a nice covered smoking area outside will be a nice touch if it made. - Be careful if you have a big/long car, as very narrow street and turns in front of the hotel (old church square). Overall - yes - I would recommend the hotel and yes, I will be back again to visit the other suites as well.
Great place.. great staff.. great food. James was superb, called me on the morning of my booking to discuss my stay, was there for all of my needs every step, went above and beyond. Super room too. Thank you James, you are a credit to customer service. Adam.
The room at the hotel was excellent. I was really pleased with the large screen TV being a football fan enabled me to enjoy the World Cup matches whilst traveling away for work. Whilst at the hotel the customer service was by far the best I have had for a long time. I would definitely stay again and would highly recommend this hotel.
Fabulous hotel with an even better front desk manager! James goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is comfortable and cooks you a delicious breakfast each morning. House keeping is done daily with fresh towels in your room, making coming home after a long day of seeing family more relaxing. Rooms are clean with cosy beds, modern bathrooms and well equipped. The hotel feels secure with passcode entry to the front door and rooms. I would happily stay at Domo Boutique Hotel again without hesitation. Travelling all the way from Australia, Domo felt like a home away from home for the 8 days we had booked.
