   This company tell blatant lies as an excuse to delay delivery. I’ve received a text to say that their suppliers are experiencing a delay in manufacturing my order? I’ve ordered one of their reconditioned ones from ones that are returned after their 40 day sleep guarantee so how can they be manufacturing a new mattress?

   Recently purchased a new bed in store. The bed is now in our home and is perfect for our needs and a reasonable price. The staff, from the sales team ro the delivery team were great and helpful. I gave a 4 star review instead of 5 star because the salesman, in his endeavour to give us more discounts and knock the price down further, forgot to put 'assembly required ' on the system, which came as a surprise on the day the bed was delivered as we knew we had asked for assembly, but it wasn't on the invoice, so we had to assemble it ourselves with help from family as i struggle with severe mobility problems. Very pleased with the bed though and the overall service.

   The sales rep was very forceful trying to get us to buy a bed over out price range wouldn't leave us to look on our own. Didn't mention about the extra delivery charge on top of the bed price, offered us a free mattress protector to seal the deal then tried denying saying she didnt once it had all been paid.

   Didn't listen to us when we said that you would not get a big truck up our street but you ashore us you would so when you turned up to deliver could not get up street so refused to deliver so we had to wait another 5 Days get a massage day off delivery we will be there between 7.25 and 9.25 and driver will ring you half an hour before there arrival got to 9.30 heard nothing we rang you person on phone was a bit off and said it would be am and thats all she nose. Eventually the bed arrived.

   Went for a bed and we bought one. Sales chap offered help not pushy and we took it as there is a lot of choice. Prices are reasonable with as mentioned a "lot" of choice. Best to have a good idea what you want. We did so he was able to point us to the right combination quickly. What we did like was to 40 day trial period. If you cannot get on with the mattress they will swop it for harder or softer etc. Wish we had this last mattress we bought which felt great in the shop but caused aches and pains so had to add a memory foam topper. Hopefully wont need to swop but is good to have as a fall back. Did shop around before buying but all over package and guarantees were good so we were happy to choose Bensons. They have other guarantees for damage etc. Sales chap ran through them but didn't over sell and we declines. Delivery date set so fingers crossed will all go to plan.

   Awful experience. The delivery was late, the bed has been damaged with a stain mark and hole in it. No instructions were included either with limited solutions provided when I phoned the store. I always thought Bensons was a great company with high quality products and service, but I am now left very disappointed.

   Great staff, friendly and helpful. Great knowledge and they give you chance to really try all beds out and talk things through. We’ve bought from these 3 times now and would recommend them to anyone.
