   I think that the service would be okay if you just got plain nails. I had to wait about an hour and a half until they began doing my nails, which I wouldn’t mind if they looked better. The salon isn’t very hygienic (which I didn’t see until they began doing my nails) the service also seemed quite rushed. The price would have been fine if the nails were not wonky and rushed. I appreciate that the summer is a busy period for nails but I still think it is worth taking your time and getting the nails good so your customers return again.

   wouldn't go anywhere else! They do great nails and are very nice… however the is one person working there who does make nice nails but twists your fingers a bit too much and it does get painful! But everyone else is very nice so I do recommend!!!

   i’ve been before and the nails were good but this time i was getting my prom nails and i wanted french tip with blue and flowers. They couldn’t do the flowers as they were actually on my nails so i said i will come back as i knew a different place and i wanted to see if they could do it but they were very expensive. So i went back to TH nails and they drew the flowers but the workers were talking about me as they all kept staring at me at the same time and this happened at least 4 times. The guy who did my nails was pressing very hard into my nails whilst painting them and he was rushing so some of the flowers are ruined and don’t look the same. so i wasn’t happy with them and i like my nails but the french tip is missing some white paint like there is holes in the paint and some of the flowers don’t look nice. so i am not happy

   Absolutely shocking service!! Wouldn’t even give 1 star but only option. Sat down and asked for an infill and specifically said I do not want them any shorter! Guy immediately starts drilling length off my nails. Told him I don’t want them shorter he said aloud of stuff back not clear but whilst pulling my hand about. Then told me relax my hand whilst pushing it down, again said I don’t want them shorter and you’ve now put that short, he proceeded to shout at me saying I said I wanted them shorter. I got up and refused to have him do my nails so the lady took over. I then ended up having all my nails cut down to match the ones he had messed up. Long story short / walked out after being charged £28 for an infill with wonky uneven nails. Painted tips aren’t even even and the thumbs are thick as anything! Shocking service. And they sit slagging you off and staring at you. Many other nail shops in town, AVOID AVOID AVOID

   My natural nails are ruined. I had a gel manicure done by one of the guys, and he buffed my nails so thin that I completely lost their natural protection. Now, they break, hurt, and I have small blood bruises under them. It lasted me 2 days before pealing off. Thanks to you I will have to wait 6 months for them to recover.just to say that I did had a nice strong nails before this

   Not good went there yesterday. Dont think the guy really new what to do. Has to ask for my nails to be smoothed put on the corners as her was just going to keep them sharp. Also cut into each side of my pinky finger with a nail file due to it being pushed so hard into my finger whilst doing to coffin shape, definitely not going there again due to how painful it was

   Everyone, beware of these salons! - Do not allow the top layer of the nail to be sanded off! - Do not sand the varnish, but wash it off! - It's no coincidence that they wear masks, because the substance they apply and then burn on the polished nails is seriously toxic! If the upper stratum corneum of the nail is sanded off, it can cause very serious damage and even poisoning! The surface of the nail becomes weak and fragile. Those colored varnishes are of unverified Asian origin. Their composition is unknown. Better to bring high-quality, experienced nail polish with you and ask them to apply it to your nails without BURNING! This is not a manicure!!! A manicure is a health nail treatment! It's not that, it's DESTRUCTION!

   I used their services for the first time today and I’m quite satisfied with the way my nails turned out! The only piece of feedback is that the nail technicians constantly speak in their own language and they don’t have much interaction with the customers. It would be nice to once in a while interact with them. They could certainly improve a little on their customer service but in terms of the job, I’m very satisfied and will certainly go there again! Also the great thing is that you don’t have to book in advance. Thanks again!

   I was so excited to have my nails done as I haven’t had the time to do it the last couple of months. So this nail salon is conveniently located in the mall where I was busy doing shopping. My nails look horrible. I can’t believe I have just paid £30 for nails I will have to soak off now. It’s way too thick! I told him I like short nails and he made them very long with tips after I said no. The acrylic is stuck under all the tips and on my skin. He pushed the nail so hard that all my nails hurt now. I will NEVER EVER go here EVER again!
