First and last time .. initially leaving, looking great noticed a few mistakes on the smile lines Of the gold, French I had also some of the topcoat had small bubbles that I noticed the day after and from experience, I know this can lead to lifting! I was charged £45 for gold, chrome and removal Of another set And a fresh set. I called To come in and fix the mistakes, I went straight from work and sat there for over an hour.. She then continued to do her other clients, and said that I might have to wait till she finishes at least three That could be over three hours just to get one or two nails fixed! Nobody wants to wait three hours just to get A couple full of nails redone. I feel like this was a tactic, so I would walk out anyhow. Nobody has that time to waste over Christmas, so now I will have to pay and go to another nail technician That can fix them! No sort of refund was offered. So I could be spending up to £70 all in all after correcting them.. Appalling Customer service.
