I have stayed at the Bromsgrove a few times since 2023; during this period there have been many upgrades and improvements the team are always very helpful, the food is nice and the rooms large and comfortable, the refurbished rooms are very good. The location is good with access to the M5 1n a couple of minutes.

Went to the disco divas function at this hotel, all I can say is that the room we were in was totally dangerous. It was packed with tables so close together that it was impossible to get out of your seat without having to ask people to try and move. The dance floor was over crowded so if you wanted to dance you were constantly bumping into people. We have been to this event before but would not return again. The management had no regard to how crowded it was it was most definitely about the money they were making. Even the poor waiting staff couldn't get through to serve us, the plates which were red hot had to be passed along the tables, and as there was only four of them to serve nearly 150 people it took them nearly two and a half hours to get the food out.

All good, nice spacious and clean rooms. Swimming pool, sauna and steam room were good. Grounds were useful for walking the dog, but would have been better if the grass had been cut. Service was fine. Entrance drive and parking could do with a refresh.

Excellent hotel. With spa, gym, conference room, swimming pool and restraunt.. You can even have your wedding reception here as well. Located just outside Bromsgrove, easy accessible by car and public transport. Car park cost Β£5 per night. ( Oct 2025 prices) The staff were very welcoming, and very polite. The bar area where I had a coffee was clean and spacious. My room was spacious, clean, excellent wifi, TV and tea/coffee facilities and the shower/bath had plenty of hot water. And it was lovely and quite.

Weβve stayed here a few times now and the rooms are really lovely. Weβve stayed in 264 and weβve said in other ones and itβs really nice. The service is really good. The breakfast is really good. Service and staff are very friendly and generally very helpful. 104 on our last day in both rooms were very very nice service was brilliant and itβs just so relaxing. I find this one of the best hotel for me to feel very relaxed and I really enjoy my stay.

We liked everything. Group booking for 1 night stay for our motorcycle club annual dinner. Staff are very attentive, evening meal was one of the best we've had as a group booking. Events manager Karen was so helpful. Rooms are comfortable and really spacious. Price was reasonable and a good location. Couldn't ask for more. Thank you

From the outside looks lovely, inside its dirty and half of it is a migrants hotel. We did not know this at time of booking and was not told. Food was basic and my husbands meal was cold. Make sure your door is locked, twice during the night someone tried to open our door, was so glad to leave in the morning. My recommendation, don't go

I was really amazed with what I found at the price. It looked lovely online but why was it so cheap?? Well I do not know! Staff were so lovely. Food was really wholesome, fresh and good value. Burger wasn't top class but it was really pleasant, hot and tasty. If you need a comfort meal go for the spaghetti! Room was good. Way more spacious than a Premiere Inn at 3x the price! I really can't fault it. Staff made it really lovely. Thanks so much for a lovely stay.

Great hotel with friendly staff, I've checked in at 2am and it was no problem, large car park with security, the rooms are a good size and comfortable and clean. Nice relaxing bar and reasonably priced. I've stayed multiple times now for 1-4 nights at a time and have no complaints.

We were staying for our daughters wedding that was booked a year ago.. my daughter had booked the bridal suite with us in the room next door with an adjoining door for obvious reasons.. upon arrival we were told they had given the adjoining room to someone else .. my daughter was obviously upset as we were across the corridor a few doors up.. our room was dirty.. the toilet had not been cleaned I had to clean the seat before it could be used.. toe nails/ finger nails all over the carpet.. just dirty!β¦ the electric sockets were unusable as they were the old type with a round pin so the hair and makeup ladies had nowhere to plug any equipment in! I had to ask for an extension lead and was given one to use that was no good .. the breakfast was cold on both days and all of immigrants that were there took all of the cereals toast milk juice etc..there was not much left! There was security on the door as we had heard they were not behaving very well! Please avoid.. I did tell the manager I was putting a review up to tell people about the poor standards!
