Paul was competent, confident and good natured. He tested the fuel in thank before starting the extraction process& advised me that there may still be a charge.l was happy about & then he set about diagnosing what stopped the car from starting & it appeared to be a power issue. He conected jump leads & very soon afterwards my car was running well. During this process, Paul made me feel safe and certain of a positive outcome. We accidentally ended up with a full tank of the wrong fuel. The fuel technician, Joao, came to us to help us. He was very corteous, arrived on time, was extremelly professional and fully solved our problem within the time frame that he suggested. We were served by Richard on Monday 6th July. As by mistake I had petrol added to my diesel car. He and his colleague were great and very professional. Thank you both.
Richard and colleague arrived on time to remove petroleum from out tank, washed out the tank and filled tank with diesel. He then checked the car was ok to go. Which it was. A very good service.
