Really awful experience here with David. Managed to take off a set of toes & put a new set on in 9 minutes. Took no care, didn’t not even file my nails. Felt rushed & uncomfortable from the minute I entered, sniggering and laughing in their own language. Wouldn’t recommend
My 6th visit to this Salon and my last. Just been charged £37.50 to paint my nails. No extensions , just file and polish.
DO NOT GO HERE!!! Got my nails done just over a week ago and nail snapped right off didn't even knock it. I went back and explained. They had the audacity to charge me to fix when should of stayed on for at least 4weeks. Please don't waste your money here. They just rush your nails to get customers done. Plus the nail they fixed is wrong!!! Not the right size!!!
Lovely friendly salon and do lovely designs However they are very rough, sometimes do not soak off the nails just use the drill, and when they file the nails they leave them very thin and brittle
I came in to get my gels removed. The price list says ‘soak off - £5’, but my gels were drilled/filed off with no soaking at all, and I was then charged £7. My nails don’t feel great
All staff are amazing nail techs. Friendly, clean salon. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
Popped in without an appointment to see if someone could help save a lifting gel nail (done elsewhere) before my holiday. The kind welcome, service, skills and attention to detail were beyond anything I've had elsewhere. So grateful to Tracy/Tracie for the care she took to help me out and find the best way to fix my manicure and keep it looking good. The whole team seemed lovely too and the place was clean and well run. Thank you so much!!! I will be coming back anytime I'm in the area! ❤️
Did a great job of removing my gel nails, thank you! No waiting with a lunch time walk-in and was done in less than half an hour.
Booked my infills and gel here online from London, having not had my nails done at home for years! Absolutely brilliant service, so friendly and chatty and the man was so talented. Attention to detail was spectacular and I couldn’t recommend them enough.
