Been going to Shelby's for MOT's and car mechanical issues for years now and have absolutely no reason to change as they are super friendly, efficient and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend.
Atrocious customer service. Apparently, a medical emergency isn't enough to bend the rules. I was having a medical emergency this morning after taking my medication and in desperate need to use a toilet. The guy there told me the toilet was for customers only and if he let me use it, he would have to let everyone use it. Everyone? Where were everyone and how would they know? Even though I was in severe discomfort and needing an emergency. I really hope that one day, he needs help badly and someone who can easily help tells him, nah I don't fancy helping you because of the rules. I didn't make it in time to a toilet. So big thanks to that guy. Restoring my faith in humanity. Not! Only he knows the real reason for saying no to me. I told him I couldn't make it to Starbucks. But he didn't care. Karma.
Excellent service from Lewis, Emilio (sorry if I spelt that wrong!) and the team who are all very kind and friendly. My car broke down at home very nearby and they were so kind to come to me and fix it on the spot! Looking forward to becoming a regular customer for MOTs and services in the future. Thank you!
By far the best garage in Fulham, I would never go anywhere else! Jack is especially amazing, called them with a concern and within hours sorted and 100% reassured! The whole team are so helpful, they listen and get the job done. They truly do care about their customers. Can’t thank you enough, see you next month for our MOT and service! xxx
These guys go above and beyond. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They have serviced my cars for many years and always go out of their way to save you money and give helpful advice. I just got a free oil top up when I enquired which oil my engine needed. Highly recommended for repairs servicing and MOTs.
