Purchased several items for delivery. Advised would get msg. Rang to check but was confusion about total of ordered and paid for items?! Oversight? Staff in CS didn’t clarify same info as the store - bizarrely! All sorted with store…. In the end. Hopefully receive goods soon. Apart from that hiccup good service and products.
Finlay went above and beyond for us with 10/10 service, exceptional customer skills and patience in assisting us with our queries Although the item we wished to purchase was unavailable, he ensured we were satisfied with our alternative purchases and did absolutely everything he could to fulfil our requests Massive massive thank you to Finlay for our experience- we will absolutely be returning

Relatively nice staff. Yorkshire accents! They made me giggle. I have to stop and appear gormless as I think for a few seconds whilst I process the words to something that I understand! Thankfully they were patient! Ended up getting a sofa. Not delivered yet but excited to see. Will update on receipt
went in with my daughter the other week and the staff were so helpful and positive! helped her pick out new drawers for her room and bedding, also picked myself some homeware bits up. would recommend to anyone as they have plenty of stock in and go above and beyond to keep customers happy. can’t wait to come again!!!

I’m not at all satisfied with JYSK company and they made my delivery two months late.
Nice stuff but the store isn't very big so not much variety. Probably just go to IKEA next time.
