   Gary, Kelly, and the team were a pleasure to deal with. Gary even called me directly to make sure I was happy with the repair, which I really appreciated. This would have been a 5 star experience. However, it was let down by the company’s unusual practice of not providing any information on how long their work is guaranteed for. When I emailed customer service, I was simply told, “There is no guarantee certificate,” with no further explanation. For a luxury car repair company, this is surprising and doesn’t inspire long-term confidence. Great team, but the lack of any stated warranty on the work is a real concern.

   I called Porsche East London to ask about body repairs and was referred to this body shop. They quoted me one of the most absurd figures I’ve ever seen, over £2,500 for a light hairline scrape on a 911 992 GT3. Completely unreasonable. The negative reviews here are probably the honest ones. They seem to think that being “Porsche-affiliated” gives them license to overcharge. Unless you want to get your trousers pulled down and ripped off, I’d strongly recommend avoiding this place.

   Took vehicle in for suspension damage and they decided to get an alignment done, after which they said the issue was fixed despite the fact that the car was still pulling heavily to the right. Did they even test drive it afterwards? Absolutely clueless.

   M&A Coachworks did an excellent job in repairing my Porsche 911. They prepared a quote, explained what needed to be done and the process. They kept me well informed of progress and delivered as promised. The car is now perfect again. Thank you to all the team at M&A London and especially Kelly who kept me up to date. If you are in need of such work, call them; they deliver on their promises.

   I searched for Porsche recommended (a small prestige list) after my car was caught by a London bus, so needed the wing repairing, so needed the wing and new wing mirror and then separately my rear panel and parking sensors were damaged by someone bumping into my vehicle at work (when parked). I went to M&A to get both repairs carried out together. Initially communication was good and the pick up service was very helpful. After that I had to chase at lot for updates. Whilst on insurance, the actual cost was a premium price, many £’000s. When the car was returned to me, the newly painted wing was scratched and I refused the car and sent it back. It was sorted swiftly enough, but the new parking sensors continued to have problems intermittently after being changed. I chased the paper work and this wasn’t forthcoming, which I got eventually. Months later in the winter months I discovered a bad water leak with ingress in the cabin. Not knowing where this came from I had to get a specialist to investigate. Eventually, having taken apart the cabin at great cost to me, the issue was discovered that whoever did the work on the mirror and door area had failed to put back the door membrane, having taken it off but not put it back correctly, meaning no water tight seal. I contacted M&A and no one called me back despite telling me they would. Eventually I went to another recommended body shop to sort out the rear parking sensors, which have been fine since. M&A coachworks don’t meet the standards you’d expect for a Porsche approved body shop in my experience, but they will happy charge top dollar for it. Not impressed.

   Don't do it! A few years back my car was sent there for insurance scratch repair. It came back with scratches alll down the side of the car, and in much worse condition. They took it back and polished it to cover it up, but scratches re-appeared later.
