   They're a really helpful, friendly team here. It's a good place to donate Preloved items. There's some gems in the shop and a good menu in the cafe. We bought chairs from Ashgate furniture, we were kept up to date on a swift delivery and love the quality of the furniture. Thank you.

   Bought a sofa for great value which they agreed to hold for around a week whilst we moved. We also paid for the sofa to be delivered, the delivery team was very helpful and did an amazing job getting the sofa in! We would definitely recommend using their service :)

   Took a child's bed and they refused it. Saying they don't take them. When we went in to the shop to have a look. There was a child's bed for sale. What a,bunch of don't know what's. I will not be going there again. Its not the first time this has happened. But by god it will be the last.

   They have a warehouse where you can buy children's books 10 for a pound these are all donated items and they sell lovely clothes in there main shop as well as furniture old and new.

   THIS PLACE IS LIKE A DFS SHOWROOM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!NOT A CHARITY SHOP!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!! big buildings like that must cost a fortune to rent and all the other bills that have to be paid . There is no way this is worth the cost. It would be better if they got rid of the over priced furniture and put all the stuff from the clearance stock into the main ashgate building .the owner could do with some tips on how to run a charity!!!!!! Shop .so much wasted money that could be better used on sick people . I'm not the only one that has mentioned the way ashgate is run and the prices of donated items . such a shame especially right now when people are struggling trying to pay bills and the clearance shop has light's on from morning till evening . when there's no need to be using all them buildings .
