   DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They gave a ridiculously slow delivery date, then proceeded to be even later than their delivery date, by another two weeks. They then cheekily offered if a cheaper alternative to the same chair would be adequate in lieu of the first. Throughout this interaction they gave made up answers on when they'd deliver the chair, with no baring in reality. Bad service from a bad company with bad customer communication and bad delivery times. If I could give a 0 star rating, I would.

   Awesome staff and service. Very knowledgeable, great range of chairs. Lucky enough to live in Sheffield so we were able to visit the shop months ago, try the chairs, and then order one. They assembled it for us. Can't recommend highly enough.

   Having been told by occupational therapy that my daughter with rotational scoliosis only needed a bog standard office chair for school I started doing some research which led me to Shape Posture seating. We arrived out of the blue and were met by Mark Hallam, I had an idea what I was looking for and luckily they had one in the showroom (grahl duo back) Mark sat my daughter in it and adjusted it to her every need, it fit her almost perfectly, Mark arranged for her to trial the chair at her school and ordered a “spacer” so that we got the perfect fit! Within a week it was delivered and re-adjusted by Mick, there delivery driver. After a week I knew that this was the chair for her and ordered one from Shape. The service, provision, education and alround experience from Mark and the team was second to none and I have no qualms in giving them a 5* rating, I have even recommended them to my daughters pain management team so they can advise other patients of where to go for their seating needs.

   I recently placed an order for a new SPS3 electric sit-stand desk, pedestal, anti fatigue mat, Ergotron dual side by side monitor arm and Puls 8010 chair via my employer following a full DSE assessment. From my very first contact made, to present time, the customer service must be the best that I've experienced from any company to date. An extremely personal and friendly experience from both the sales and delivery people (Mark, Sally and Dave). A very personal approach from a company which must be congratulated and recognised. The furniture itself is well made, smart and functional. I am a home worker who for several years has worked for many hours on a daily basis sitting at a desk. I am quite physically active outside working hours, and found that sitting for long periods of time sitting at a desk caused me to suffer from lower back pain. Since the delivery of my new furniture, I now have the ability to vary my position at the desk, either standing, in a perched position, or sitting at a regular height. One of the most valuable items has been the addition of the anti fatigue mat. When standing, the mat really takes any pressure away, and find that I can stand quite comfortably at the desk for a full days work. I've been so impressed with the mat that I've now ordered another for use in our kitchen, where we have a tiled floor. Although this may have been an expense for my employer, I truly believe that by being more comfortable, and pain free whilst working, this should be seen as more of an investment, and they will reap the rewards from me being more effective at my work. A huge thank you again from me to this family company, and sincerely hope this company continues to prosper. Please keep up the good work!

   I have used Shape for the last 5 yrs for everything from Office chairs to sit\stand desks. The customer service is excellent and they want you to have the correct equipment to do the job. I know that I can rely on Shape's (and Mark's) advice and guidance to make sure I have the right tools to do the job.
