Reception staff are amazing especially when my little girl needs to be seen. And the doctors are all amazing ♥️ my little girl is 3 and is already under the peadiation for autism thanks to the doctors and Receptionists chasing everything up. I can't thank them enough xxx

I’ve not been at the surgery very long but have had only positive experiences so far. Receptionists and admin staff are empathetic and caring and polite, getting an appointment has been easy. Dr Safdar is a caring and attentive GP and I felt heard, unrushed and cared for.

Terrible doctors they tell you to ring at 8am for an emergency appointment then don’t answer till 9 o’clock . The only request are the exact same it’s impossible to make an appointment then every Time you go in to reception all the receptionist are sat there chatting ignoring the phone . Wouldn’t even give it a 1

Went to Lilford Surgery yesterday and was met by a young lady outside the reception desk who asked if she could help us and we said we had come for a flu jab, she asked our names and d.o.b. told us to sit down and within two minutes we were called for and the Nurse gave us the vaccination. When we had finished in there we went to reception to make an appointment for next week and a lovely young lady met us with a welcoming smile and asked us what day would be convenient for us and which Doctor we would like to see and she just booked us in. They could not have been more helpful. Thank you. Jean A.Hilton

Best thing about this doctors was Open Surgery where you could walk in and ask to see a doctor there and then without having to make an appointment. This has now changed and will never return also don't let you book an advanced appointment on Thursday for Friday you have to wait and ring back on the day. Gone massively down hill over the last 4 years and I will be changing Surgery's ASAP

Absolutely shocking g.p they would rather their patients die then have them seen by doctors the staff on reception don't care especially the elderly lady she loves to get u off the phone without helping they have just merged with Pennington Park surgery and the poor guys will soon regret this because they seem decent but now they have merged you get anyone and they are normally from lilford park surgery who dont want to help and are very rude!..... been with them for years and now i cant wait to leave .,,, if you can get onto Pennington Park surgery they aint too bad they see patients and help whenever they can, however because they are now joined them its hard to get in with Pennington park surgery.....why they would want to join these guys is mind blowing they want someone to go in and sort them out get rid of them....and give doctors and reception staff who want their jobs and care about what they do and the patients they look after i would go to any other doctors you can they as really bad in the middle of changing from them now and I have family and friends who are also changing over for same reasons

Good all round experience. The Advanced Practitioner Nurse dealt with me professionally and made me feel relaxed. She answered all my questions in a reassuring manner and listened to all my concerns. The receptionist on the desk was accomodating when booking my appointment and when I had the need to telephone later regarding my prescription, the other receptionist was lovely and very understanding.
