The staff in here are really friendly and I hate leaving bad reviews but I got my nails done in here and it felt really rushed. The man did my nails and there’s gel all over my cuticles and there’s not much attention to detail around the edge of my nail. They’re wonky and uneven which resulted in the paint chipping and peeling early on. I’m having to get my nails re-done which is something I haven’t had to do when going to other nail salons. I got French tips and the pink is streaky and uneven. Like I said I hate leaving bad reviews but when I pay for service and then have to pay again to get the job done the way I want, I’m not going to be a happy customer. I’m giving two stars just because the staff are lovely but it just seems like it was a rushed job.

I used to come to the salon many years ago, and the man and women in there are lovely people. Back then it was usually the man who done my nails, and he was the best around. I came back here recently and unfortunately quality just isn’t there. My nails are “wonky” he done them really quick, it was like no time was taken with them. They don’t match on either finger and they’re just awful. I paid £30 there’s limited colours, and every time I wanted to look at my nails to check the quality, the man kept on distracting me and it was clearly to stop me looking at them closely. Really not good! I hate leaving negative reviews, but I’m the one walking away £30 down contemplating getting my nails done again tomorrow! I personally just don’t and didn’t feel their heart is in this anymore.

My nails ended up really bumpy and I feel as though the quality of gel was quite poor as 3 layers of colour and 2 layers of top coat were used so my nail bed couldn’t be seen through the polish anymore. Initially the lady did 2 layers of gel and 1 layer of top coat, then once i mentioned how my nail bed couldn’t still be seen through she then added another layer of colour and top coat. I’ve had my the same gel nails done in other places and the results were completely different to how I left number 1 nails. I also felt like there wasn’t the greatest attention to detail either as my cuticles are covered in gel. I also noticed that the same cloth which my hands were resting on was reused aswell, they shook of my nail dust and placed it back on the table for the next customer. As well as using the same buffer for other clients as the one used on my hand was already used. The ladies were lovely hence the two stars, but unfortunately the quality of the products and hygiene weren’t the greatest.

Some of the worst nails I’ve had, each one was wavy and uneven and every single one was a different length, and they also all started to lift after a few days. I paid £35 for these. I should’ve complained in there and not paid honestly but they were really really friendly and nice, shame the nails sucked
