Makes me wait for atleast 1 hour before actually getting to me , nice nails bad customer service
They do do nice nails however they ruin your real nails and when I went there they were quite rude and it does take quite a while to actually get to get your nails done so I’d say the nails are really nice but the experience getting them is not that nice
I would highly recommend Jenny doing your nails, she is extremely professional and knowledgeable. I hadn't been for years and she was so lovely and professional and I felt comfortable right the way through, I will be a regular customer now. Excellent customer service and love my new nails, exactly what I wanted. Thank you.
Nice people and my nails always look good
Answered the phone several times whilst doing my nails. Also nipped my cuticles 3 times. Not great.
Loved the nails. It’s the best my nails has ever looked since moving to Liverpool 3 years ago. I got French tips acrylic nails. They’re not bulky. The the French cut was sharp and clean. And they checked with me every step of the way. I had to get a previous set removed as well and they were very gentle removing them and patient. The day and time I went wasn’t busy. Will definitely go back again.
Went to get one of my acrylic nails fixed on my break at work, for them to use a curved tip and not follow the shape of my original nails, and still charge me £5 for one nails after I raised concerns that the nail did not match my original set
