I always come to Ivy Nails! They are really friendly and welcoming, they are brilliant at all nail types and are always able to create designs you ask for! I would highly recommend the shop!
I am deeply appalled and disappointed with my visit to this salon. What I experienced does not meet even the most basic standards of hygiene and safety that should be followed in any establishment providing cosmetic services. The equipment used during the treatment – including the nail drill and accessories – did not appear to be sterilized. Even worse, nail files that should be disposable and changed for each client were reused, which is absolutely unacceptable. When I pointed this out, I was told, “this is how we work.” Such an explanation is completely unacceptable. The lack of sterilization and the reuse of tools pose a serious risk of fungal infections, skin conditions, and other health issues. I find it unthinkable that in 2025 a beauty salon would ignore such fundamental hygiene practices. Equipment should be properly disinfected and sterilized after each use, and nail files should be new for every client – that is the absolute minimum standard. Unfortunately, my concerns do not stop there. The quality of the manicure itself was also unsatisfactory. The nail shape is uneven, the filing was done carelessly and unprofessionally, and the overall result is poor. This is clearly visible in the attached photo – the nails do not look good and require corrections. I feel misled and exposed to unnecessary health risks. I expect proper compensation for a service that failed to meet even the most basic hygiene or quality standards. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a nail salon, and I would not wish it on anyone. I strongly advise others to avoid this place – it is a serious health hazard and shows a shocking lack of professionalism.
I absolutely love my nails. 1st time I went, my nails were paper thin, I've been getting biab and have now got strong nails. Ivy nails never disappoint. Lovely staff. Very clean. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
Loved my nails! They were so professional and very relaxed atmosphere nice to unwind in! Previously got my nails done at a renowned salon in city centre and did not like result came here for a soak off and new set and am made up with the results couldn’t recommend more!!! The whole experience was lovely I will be back! ♥️
I absolutely love Ivy Nails! The employees are friendly and pleasant to be around. The manicure and pedicure were very relaxing and my nails looked perfect. I highly recommend them and will be returning.
I LOVE every experience I’ve had at Ivy Nails. They are always super quick, friendly, and do a phenomenal job. I never have gone in there and waited more than 15 minutes, even if they were slam packed. Ivy Nails is great!
The pedicure selection is phenomenal I'm so happy with my beautiful nails! I’ve always had a great experience at Ivy Nails. This place is by far the best salon in the area! The technician chose to help with the acrylic nail polish color for me and making them for a long time and they still look perfect.
Ivy Nails is supper great. First time being here and first time getting acrylic nails. The staff is all so welcoming since the second you walk in. They take their time and listen to what you want. If I could give more 5 stars I would .
I had an appointment there and I was about 5 minutes late but they got me right in. She did a really nice job on my nails. I got Shellac on my nails. No extensions. She listened well to what I asked for. And asked me to look at them and make sure I liked them a few times. She finished in about 45 minutes. The price is good.I'm definitely going back Ivy Nails!
