Came here at 3pm and advised to come back at 5pm no problem at all. I return at TEN TO 5 and the store is closed shutters down everything. I appreciate emergencies happen however this is the 2nd time this has happened and nearby store owners advised this store regularly does this. DO NOT COME HERE VERY UNRELIABLE
My mother in law has come here for years at least once every two months for pedicures and manicures, she loves getting her nails done and feeling pretty. She was told last visit not to come back as they can’t do her nails anymore (she has Parkinson’s.) She came out that shop defeated I am DISGUSTED. Refusing a loyal customer service due to a long term disability? No thanks. I will be taking her to somewhere less discriminative and classy. Disgusting. She only gets gel polish too it’s not like she’s getting lengthy acrylics.
I had acrylic nails done for my wedding August 2023, I was happy with my nails at the time. But when I had them removed 3 weeks later my own nails were in a very poor condition and 11 months on are still terrible they just keep breaking . I'm very sorry I went to the shop
The lady (who I can only identify as the one who has a 16-yr old daughter and a 19-yr old son) did acrylics for me. I suffer with a sweaty hand condition and I’m incredibly insecure about it and it has deterred me from having my nails done in the past due to the negative reactions of nail techs. Most of them either do a rushed job so they don’t have to handle my hands for any longer than absolutely necessary or they feel the need to pass rude comments about it. ANYWAY, she did a fantastic job and wasn’t perturbed by the moistness of my hands, saying both her and her daughter have a similar issue. The nails are uniform and smooth and the finish is glossy and even. The lady was pleasantly chatty (which is why I know about her kids!). Seems like a small thing but it really meant that I had a positive experience and I would definitely go back.
Always go there to get my nails done and one of them had broke so I called the shop and said could I come and get it fixed and they said yeah so I said be about 10 minutes and yeah said yeah that will be fine so anyways I get there and the man tell me to go away and come other day because he wanted to go home early so I said it will only take a few minutes to do so anyway I walk out don’t like the way he spoke to me and he’s only sitting there for a other 10 minutes doing Nothink I am fuming with the way he spoke to me

Absolutely shocking service . The owner of the salon is rude and aggressive. My nails were all different shapes and when I politely asked if the could be fixed before polishing to which she replied . I will cut them all off and just charge you £10 ? Instead of just filing the nails again. So nearly an hour later, my nails will not to the standard they should be. I begrudgingly paid and left . Within three days two of them had snapped and broken off when I picked up my bag . When i went back she snapped at me to wait an hour and was going to charge me £3 per nail to fix !! Outrageous ... with in 5 days I had 5 nails left and the rest are chipped .. absolute disgrace !! Worst customer service I have ever received by far !
Terrible service! Went there to do shellac with them. The polish start to fall off next day and my nails started to break. Never happened to me before! When I went back the lady who works there was trying to blame it on me. She said I had to hit something!! Ridiculous!! They redone if for me free of charge and... same thing had happen to me again!!! I visited the other beautician and she told me that they actually damaged my nails by polishing it too much so they are very thin! Don't go there because you not only will loose money and time but they will most probably damaged your own nails!
