   I was lucky enough to have Lauren as my Clinical Supervisor during my university CBT training, and now, years later, I'm delighted to benefit from her excellent supervision again. Lauren has expert knowledge on CBT protocols and their theoretical underpinnings, which prevents drift from CBT interventions and ensures I am delivering evidence-based treatments.
