   Extremely disappointed. The customer service was awful, and the nails were nothing like what I asked for. I felt completely ignored when explaining what I wanted. The work was rushed, uneven, and done horribly. They didn’t even cut my natural nails or clean the skin around them. When I asked the man why this wasn’t done, he said it was a different price and that this was a manicure, which was never explained beforehand. This explanation felt dishonest, as every salon normally cuts the nails and cleans the skin as part of the service. I paid £35 for this, which is shocking. Even one star is more than they deserve. I usually never leave bad reviews, but this experience was so bad that they fully deserve it. I will not be returning and do not recommend this salon at all. Also the left hand is longer the right shorter. DONT GO THERE

   This time that I went the nails were great but have been before and they have been rude and the nails aren’t that great but this time can’t really fault other than the woman who did my nails sat on her phone whilst doing them also they are not symmetrical but they still look lovely. Cost £35 for a full set of acrylics. You do get discount if you are a student

   I normally love coming here to get my nails done, but unfortunately this visit has left me really disappointed — and in a lot of pain. The first lady who filed off my old acrylic slipped with the nail drill multiple times, even filing into my skin on the sides of my fingers. At one point she took the tip off her own glove, which makes it clear how much damage was being done. The first time she made me bleed, she just wiped it with her dirty glove and carried on. The second time, when the bleeding was worse, she apologised but again just wiped at it with her glove instead of using clean tissue or disinfecting it. A second technician then took over to apply the acrylic, but because of the poor job done beforehand, he also ended up cutting me a few more times and removing even more skin around my cuticles. By this point, my fingers were already very sore and raw. Finally, the third lady (who I believe is the owner) did my design. She was excellent — very quick, skilled, and my nails themselves do look nice. Unfortunately, I’ve been left with swollen, cut-up cuticles that now seem to be getting infected. I’m now having to wear plasters on pretty much all of my fingers now. I’m really upset about this experience. While the end result looks good, the lack of care for hygiene, the repeated injuries, and the pain I’ve been left in are unacceptable.

   I was incredibly upset with the service I received today. I first entered saying I wanted a basic manicure with normal polish in which I was told gel is better. As I work in healthcare I cannot have my nails done but as I have a week off I decided to get basic polish so I can’t remove it easily after this week. After I mentioned I’d like it for a week I got told to pick a colour. When removing my cuticles the lady removed a chunk of my skin and I started bleeding as you can see on my pinky on one of the pictures, not even saying sorry. She then proceeded painting my nails and top coat in which I’m sure the top coat had expired from the sticky consistency. After sitting a while to dry I noticed a bubbly texture all over my nails and when I mentioned this the lady said “it’s because nobody uses normal polish anymore.” She tried to rectify this by adding more top coat in which I explained it will not fix the matter. After making me wait a while she agreed to do my nails again and with the same results. I did not have it in me to fight for a refund as the woman was adamant that it’s because of my poor choice of normal polish. I hardly get the chance to do my nails and I’m so upset the one time I do I got a botched up job. I would not recommend and most definitely would not be visiting again. Also they charge you an extra pound if you pay by card.

   I got my nails done here on Saturday, staff were beyond amazing. I am so happy with my nails and the staff had so much Patience. The design I got required so much attention to detail I love them.

   I ve been getting ny nails done here for 3 years and still continue tonfo so. Never got disappointed. The pricres are decent and therr is some language barrier but thr nails are absolutely amazing

   Staff are friendly, nails weren't that good, I asked for a pattern on 2 finger nails, however it really didnt look like the photo I provided, I'd have rather the person say they cant do it then I wouldn't have got a pattern, I had to go else where to the polish taken off and gone over. Also the nails were really bumpy, where it's been dried probably, I tried to flattened one bump and it ripped off the top coat of nail varnish, so I've had to pay somebody to do that so I've paid £35 for nails from you guys with £3 nail art (pricing is fine) then had to send a futher £12 somewhere else to get the 2 patterned nails done, and the thumb as it wasnr dried probably ans came peeling off then an additional £5 to get my 1 finger done today... been alot of money for something that should have been right time . Bit disappointed if I'm.honest
