The worst nail salon. They're just trying to take your money and that's it... They made my nails look horrible... I don't recommend! You are wasting your time and money! A 2-year-old child made my nails more beautiful... I do not recommend even if it were the last salon on earth!
Wish I could give less than one star. Go here if you want the nail tech to do something completely different to what you ask for and then find fungus infection 2 weeks later! The shop didn't smell pleasant, it was raining on the day which probably didn't help. But the 1 star isn't just because of that. When I finally got a nail tech to do my nails after an hour of waiting, she was very rough with the filing machine and it was painful. She even scraped off some of my skin and proceeded to blame it on my moving my finger, but I know I was completely still and it was actually because she was rushing. I asked for shorter round shape and she said "it wont look nice, I give you pointy shape" and proceeded to file my nails down shorter than I asked before I could even protest. Bare in mind I don't like the almond shape, even more so on short nails. My infills were done very poorly - you can see the bump at the cuticle. The colour I asked was a dark brown but she used a dark red and said "if you want darker you just use black". When I said I don't mind not dark, but I wanted brown, they said "it's ok this is nice". I had to come home and file my nails down to a round shape and recolour it myself. In conclusion, worst experience I've had in a nail salon.
Best nail shop in Liverpool been coming here 7 years, affordable prices and Yvonne is lovely, Chinh does my nails and gets it right every time lasts me up to 6 weeks. Thanks to top nails my nails always look top notch and every tool is always cleaned after use and neat, tidy environment.
Won't go here ever again. She " adds" extra £5. Onto prices all the time done it with me about 8 times. I've seen her do it to others when I'm there they question it she takes off the extra £5 she " added on " but only when questioned over it. 2 of the other girls in there cannot even do a straight or even nail they have deep dents where acrylic is missing. Thin bits then lumpy bits on a nail. Her microblading is way too expensive and she does them way too big and in the philipino style like herringbone not natural looking at all. Shops filthy never cleaned acrylic dust everywhere.floor covered in dust. Stay away. In response to your response you DO know me I WAS a regular client. Not any more. You HAVE done my eyebrows too. And I was VERY upset with them. You learn the philipino way like herringbone you did that on me and they look ridiculous. Had to pay to have them redone. Your attitude is disgusting the way you dispute complaints in here you argue with reviews. Take notice of what people say and go clean shop! Should also get training for the others who work there too as they cannot do nails correctly.!!! And yes the nail shop has dust from acrylic but if you CLEAN POLIUSH AND VACUUM then it goes away insteaad of Pilling up! Thee same stains on the coffee table now for 4 months!
Reading the reviews here I decided to leave my own too after reading what's been written. I too also have been here numerous times and she's added a extra 5 pounds on to my bill TOO. Prices are not " confirmed " beforehand so your reply to other review saying customer happy with prices is a lie cause you don't conform prices beforehand. You told me once prices gone up by five pounds each treatment.i pay extra five pound next time I come you charge original price and still original price 1 year later! The more things you have done the more you hike the price up add on extra bits of money. YOU DID IT WITH ME MORE THAN a few times.. When I asked for a breakdown of cost suddenly the bill ended up 5 pound cheaper. The place IS really dirty. Thin layer of dust over every surface . Never polish or cleaned or dusted. equipment is battered well used torn dirty crumbs everywhere. Piles of filings on floor where feet go every time I go there. Same piles of dust dirt on the floor. The other nail girls did my nails one time NEVER AGAIN. Owner should STOP arguing the points made in these reviews and DO SOMETHING about it. Especially when lots of reviews say the SAME THING. Accept it and learn from it instead of arguing!
