Extremely rude staff! Will never go back. Biab was awful, came away the next day. Definitely do not recommend!
Got biab removal and a fresh set on friday and by Saturday night not only was the biab starting to chip away but my natural nails had been so over filed that they are now bending and 1 has completely snapped off. I’ve never had an issue with my natural nails snapping before until getting my nails done here. I rang up the following Monday morning when they where next open and was told to come to the shop to speak to the manager when I showed up she wasn’t there so after a member of staff looked at my nails he put me on the phone and the behaviour from said manager was appalling! I explained I didn’t have social media to message for a refund and I wasn’t happy with the condition of my nails explaining how they are now weak and snapping and I was told that it’s my issue not hers and that she ‘doesn’t do refunds, read the policy’. After explaining I’ve read the policy (the picture I’ve attached) it states that refunds are offered through bank transfer, I also explained my issue wasn’t with the biab chipping so quickly as that can be fixed I wouldn’t ask for a refund but the fact that my natural nails have now been damaged by the shop after paying £40 and I wasn’t happy for them to be filled down further to ‘fix the issue’ she then decided to get personal and insinuating that I’m a bad mother for having my child with me and continuing to make horrible comments which made me visibly upset to which she replied ‘what’s with all the tears there’s no need’ even though I explained I didn’t really have the time nor the childcare to come to the shop but the member of staff I spoke to on the phone said I should come soon as possible to process the refund. It was all handled extremely unprofessionally and the behaviour from the manger was rude and unacceptable. Unless you’re happy with your nails being damaged and complaints not being heard but rather staff throwing insults at you I would 1000% not recommend this nail salon.
Been going here for 4 years my family and friends too, always been a great experience staff are so lovely and work hard to get the nails you want. Every single time I come in with designs and leave with exactly what I wanted and for a good price too.

Came in for a pedicure and love this place , so friendly in there and the guy done a fabulous art work on my nails, will defo come back .
