    The only thing good there was they did my nails straight away but the women who did it she was putting a heart on one nail but on the other the heart was bigger than the other one. No communication at all. The second week of having my nails I knocked them by accident on a wall and it fell straight off. Then on that weekend two of them broke and one of them pulled Abit of my nail off, I was gonna go again soon but after it’s pulled Abit of my nail off I’m not coming back here

    Arrived at 9.50 to one other person in front of me, was sat in the chair at 10.15, but didn’t start my nails until 10.45. No communication, no sorry to keep you waiting nothing, 1 started taking off my nails then swapped with another man, then swapped half way through again, whole place was so chaotic! After 2 hours the lady couldn’t do what I’d asked for which was literally pale pink with pearl chrome - all she had was mirror chrome and tried to tell me it was what I’d come in for. Left with acrylic nails are that are thick, shorter than I asked for and so uneven it’s unreal, can’t believe they charge people to look like a child painted them. Have an appt this afternoon elsewhere to fix them cos they are horrific! Definitely avoid!!

    Went today to get shellac on toes Biab on nails. Haven’t got a clue what they used but it’s like concrete showed them the design 3 nail a plum colour and 2 nails a pearly colour with 3 of the plum in dots on the pearl colour. Never got the design I wanted as tried to paint over the pink colour biab in like an off cream colour which looked a show!! Elder lady next to me wanted her biab removing off all nails but had one sore nail. When the man started filing down her nails it hurt on her sore one and he huffed at her and carried on she pulled away and again said can you be a bit careful of the sore one and he started screaming at her you pushed your nail on me it’s not my fault he was extremely rude to her this carried on for the visit he then walked away from her and refused to do it so a lady took over! This was the worst experience I have encountered in a nail salon. He was awful and I honestly would never return or would advise people to go there
