   Jaz is great always helps me out for long term mobility and pain issues. This is physio that you don't get on the NHS. Yes exercises suggested but mainly its proper hands on help. Massage, heat treatment, ultra sound and acupuncture. Jaz had kindly given me all sorts of things on loan to take home and try see if it improves my condition.

I come to Jaz for sports massage for me and for posture correction plus sports massage for my teenage son. Jaz is a very professional and dedicated therapist and those sessions are always a treat for me and my son :) Not to mention they work wonders! I would recommend both for people needing physio after an injury and for those physically active to relieve muscle tension.
