   The lovely people at Darby House were recommended to us by our friends as they had their kitchen done from start to finish by this fabulous team. The customer experience and level of service that we have received has been second to none, from the fitters, who were a total pleasure to have with us, through to the sales/support team and the company directors. Nothing is too much trouble for this company and they are always available on the phone or email and even in person. When we had a last minute 'wobble' about the choice of panels/tiles, the bathroom main agent (sadly I don't think Google will let me name him) literally dropped everything to make the hour drive over to us with a selection of tiles and panels for us to look at again! If we could give a higher rating than 5 stars, we would - well done, Darby House!

   Outstanding Service, design and fit with a 5 star personal touch We have just had our kitchen fitted by Darby House Designs and are absolutely delighted with the finished product. We wanted a new kitchen that would be: warm and modern, with quality units, worktops, appliances and lighting, making the best possible use of space. We were extremely impressed with the design and advice given to us by Lee in our initial planning meeting and with the computer generated 3D images that he sent to us, followed by his detailed quotation. We decided to go ahead and Lee personally introduced us to our fitter Neil the week before work was due to start. The work was carried out to the highest standard by Neil and the rest of his team of tradespeople. What impressed us the most was that nothing was set in stone and several minor alterations were made as the design became a reality. Communication between all parties was excellent, with both Lee and his wife Gemma popping in to check on progress and in keeping us informed regarding the arrival of appliances and tradespeople. The final result in our opinion is a testament to a quality designer who has listened to the wishes of his clients and to an exceptional, methodical and skilful fitter. Finally not forgetting the rest of the team who worked so hard on the project. Well done “Darby House Design” for turning our dream into a reality. We would highly recommend you.
